Zunächst ers**al ein großes Lob an das personal. Supernett und freundlich wird man immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt. Kleine Unwägbarkeiten, wie defektes Rückenteil an der Liege, wurden sofort instand gesetzt. Der Überwasserbungalow war Top gepflegt und der Zugang, sowie die Terrasse müssen vor kurzem erst neue Blanken bekommen haben. Einziges Manko: unsere Terrasse war zur Sonnenseite ausgerichtet und es gab nicht ein Stückchen Schatten. Zum Baden und Schnorcheln super geeignet, wobei es je nach Wetter und Wellengang unterschiedlich viele Fische zu sehen gibt. Beim Frühstück sollte eigentlich jeder auf seinen Geschmack kommen. Das Restaurant ist polynesisch / französisch geprägt. Das heißt neben ein paar Fleischgerichten liegt der Schwerpunkt auf Fisch. Oft auch im rohen Zustand lecker gewürzt.

Que dire, sinon Whaou... tout commence à l'aéroport où un bateau navette vient vous récupérer et vous remet un joli collier de fleurs. Arrivée à l'hôtel, nous sommes accueillis par un membre du personnel (qui nous offre une boisson) qui nous fait découvrir les installations de l'hôtel et nous accompagne jusqu'à notre bungalow. Et là, nous sommes émerveillés, le bungalow est très spacieux, élégamment décoré, la vue sur le lagon est magnifique. Le complexe est très bien entretenu (d'ailleurs il y a des travaux de rénovation) avec un très beau choix de matériau. Le personnel est au petit soin. Petit plus : le système d'ouverture de porte (bracelet) est vraiment très ingénieux... on adore. On recommande vivement cet hôtel

Nous étions bungalow sur pilotis, vue extraordinaire, Laurence la directrice et tout le personnel charmant, disponible aux petits soins , à côté petits restaurants très sympas aussi à 1km 5 centre de plongée , cuisine raffinée et choix de délicieux cocktails Je recommande cet hôtel

We stayed in an overwater bungalow for the experience. The hotel is very beautiful, but definitely dated. It’s small compared to the St. Regis, and was very serene and quiet. We did have a few hiccups, but the staff was absolutely wonderful. They are very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. There are paddle boards, kayaks, and snorkel gear included in your stay. The room was spacious enough for 2-3 people comfortably. I think 4 would be a little too cozy, but there is plenty of deck space, and a large enough bathroom. During our stay, we saw 2 snorkelers swim under our bungalow, probably because our room had the best reef underneath it (42). The hotel is conveniently located, very close to a little grocery store, the amazing Lucky House restaurant, and Marama Tattoo. It’s about a 15 minute drive to the main town. The breakfast buffet had options and was very good. I read a review that said this was more a 3-star hotel, and I was hoping I would disagree. In terms of the grounds, facilities, and amenities, 3 stars is accurate. A facelift is necessary and they were doing renovations while we were there, although we could not hear the work. In terms of staff, location, character, and overall value: 4.5-5 stars. We would definitely consider staying here again.
