"We have rented a triple room for three days. The room is n practise small. Shower, airco and beds are new and spotless. The swimmingpool and setting is nice, but lacks some extra sun beds. There are only two which we found a bit strange. Poo, towels are provided. We noticed that the materials used for construction are solid and not the cheapest and all works fine. Solar panels on the roof. The airco is quiet. Our room (manuia 3) room was located below a family apartment. The family fwith two very noisy kids that rented this apratment during our staywas very present, also in the pool. it was at the end annoying. They also smoked a lot, even when they used the smoking spot, the smoke went to our small terrace., so this doesnt really work. Bad luck, but it can happen. We decided not to take the breakfast for 2500 XPF pp as the room was with approx 240 EUR excluding breafast per day plus a single transfer to the airport for 2500 XPF for a 3 km ride allrady no real value for money. Aller and retour tp Matira beach for XFP 5000 . What did I think when I booked it....... The nearest supermarkt is 3 km away. So you need to rent a bike or a car. Plates. cutlery, glasses and cups as well as instant coffee/creamer is provided. no daily houskeeping (on request at extra charge). Washing of dishes to be done in bathroom section with sponge and liquid and towel provided. Inconvenient. The wifi connection was not acceptable for us. My wife needs to work sometimes and some applications couldnt be opened. I am sure this can be improved. So either use a local sim card and mobil connection or select another location/room. Maheata (host) is very smart and helpfull, Please add up all cost before you book the room and take into account the cost for car/bike rental/breakfast."

"I regularly give reviews on places to stay. This time it's different. Next May, I plan to visit Polynesia. In Bora-Bora, I really wanted to book here, but I had a few questions to ask before doing so, regarding the width of the beds (important for me, not indicated on the site, and difficult to get an idea from the photos), and the periods available to establish my circuit (I always book flights before hotels). The place looks superb. So I sent an email (address provided on the site) at the beginning of July, a reminder a week later, still no response. I sent a third email in August. No response!!!. It's really a shame. I finally booked elsewhere."

"The hotel is a new and quite nice hotel. Another strength point is the proximity, 10 minutes walk from the beach of Matira, which is simply wonderful! Very comfortable the two-step minimarket. And here, as far as I am concerned, the positive sides of this structure end up. We started with the fact that we booked (and paid) for three people: when we arrived, we found only two large hand towels (the third guest was obviously not supposed to wash), which we had to make enough for the shower, for the face, for hair and so on. After 3 days of continuous use, it was not the best. I didn't have bed sofa beds, which my daughter could not use as hard. When we asked for the bedrooms, they brought us only the co-terrasses bedroom and a kind of battery. In the wedding bed, we had a plump that could return to use in January in Norway but was unused in July in Polinesia: result: either you were too cold or too hot. They don't provide the hairdryer! We asked it and they answered us that they didn't! Something like this never happened! To dry our hair we had to put out in the sun and wait there ... Incredible! Frokost: for three days they brought our breakfast (extremly low...)for two people and they completely ignored that we were in three from the beginning to the end! The structure itself would have potential but services are absolutely low and inadequate!"
