Room looks new however the 1st room we took had ac problem so we changed to a new room. Mind you the room takes a while to get cold. Location wise very near to legoland.

Room was ideally meant for us travelling with teenage kids. Nice hotel and good ambience. Buffet breakfast was great👍. We’ ll book again for sure.

The hotel is located near to legoland. It has many food options for the breakfast buffet. And all the staff we interact with are very friendly and always smiling. Plus points are the room was nice enough, the pool is good and it's near Legoland if that is where you are going. It doesn't feel like a hotel, more like an apartment block with no-one and nothing going on. the rain shower water pressure was quite bad.

Near by Lego land. Shuttle bus start at 10:15. Grap sometimes difficult catch. Breakfast normal. G1 floor have self laundry service available. Mini mart running 24hours.

Room was huge with dining tables and chairs. Theres also a sofa bed. Room was rather small. Counter top too many drawers and cabinets. Space can be better utilised if designed properly. Breakfast was above average but serves its purpose of filling up the stomach.Staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, suite is for larger family pax of 6 onwards. Great time over at ramada by the way...!!!

We booked Deluxe room with carpet flooring. The room is clean & nice for the price we pay. The check in counter only have 1 staff available hence need to wait for quite a while as we checked in late 10pm++. The room is clean & breakfast is standard food (food so so) and not as complete. We stayed at the 25th and 18th floor with some view. We stayed at this hotel is to avoid traffic jam in Singapore & JB checkpoint on Sunday morning.

We had the worst stay so far in jb for a 4-5star hotel for that price. We booked a suite and the walk into the room itself was awful with such an awful smell on the walkway and no ventilations in the lift. As we checked in to the suite the whole place had a pungent smell coming from not knowing where we went off about to do our night routines and head to bed. As we turned on the ac the smell got worst as it seems the carpets or the maintenance were not done at all the smell was getting worst and feel very much suffocated in that ac room. We couldn’t sleep in that smell at all for that much of price in a suite. Plus there we no microwave and the fridge was in awful state and moulded. We couldn’t even bring ourselves to even place things inside. I’ve never seen a suite being this awful condition and regretted so much staying here. Not recommended at all as the breakfast was so and so also the whole hotel itself it not well maintained.

Hotel room is clean , has a big pool and gym. However unpleasant service experience Upon check-in at the hotel, the receptionist told us that the breakfast would be served from 6:30am to 11am at level 5. My husband and I were quite surprised with the timing and we still double confirm if its till 11am. The answer was certainly. We wrote down the infor ar the room card holder infront the receptionist. Next day, we went down our breakfast around 10:15am. We informed the staff our room number before we proceed to the table. The staff told us “ you have only 10 mins left”. I was in a shocked and asked why is it 10 mins left. He said the breakfast will be closed at 10:30am. I pointed at the board outside the restaurant which stated “6:30am - 11:00am” and told him that the receptionist informed us till 11am. He said he doesn’t know, but it’s 10:30am and he proceeded to do his stuffs. We didn’t want to argue further, just want to quickly grab our breakfast. There were limited food left , but had few stations provided noodles and eggs that they will cook upon request. I then ordered my noodles, but no one serve me. I walked to the egg section and ordered eggs. The lady told me “sorry we closed already”. I only took a few breads and returned to my table and shared what I have encountered to my husband. My husband went to order the egg for me again and got same reply. But he looked at his watch and showed them the timing which was 10:24am. The chef just looked at my husband without reply to him a single word and left the station through the door behind. We was being left infront of the counter and we waited for 5 mins , still no one return to the station counter. Feeling so pissed off with their attitude and unprofessional service. We went back to our table to have our breads. At around 10:41 which 20 mins later after we ordered the food, one of the waiter brought the eggs to us and left it on our table. Ramada is a large hotel chain and owned by Wyndham , operates around the world. I stayed their hotel in Singapore, Bangkok and Indonesia and never encounter such issues before. Kind of disappointed.

Dear Mr Jef Kong, The reason I'm writing to you is to share my experience in your renowned hotel Ramada Meridin Johor Bahru. I recently had a 3 days 2 night stay at your hotel. I should say the receptionist on my checking in was polite and understood our needs and allow us to have an early check in with an additional cost which is fine with us. Upon entering our room, we were very impressed with the size of our room which is the premium suite east and it was good enough for my family of 4. Everything was in order as it looks. Came in the evening that's where some issues arised. My kids room, the Aircon was hot not cold. The phone was unusable for us to make the call to the maintenance nor the front desk .The WiFi was not working at all dispite there's network available. I have to use my hot spot for my kids to watch netflix. I have to go all the way down to the front desk to seek for help with the Aircon. Upon the reaching at the lobby. I approached one of the receptionist. He was not very polite nor show interest in communicating with me. Looking at his uninterested looks, I just told him I need help with my Aircon and here's my room number. His reply...' ah okay....I ask them to go check'...there was no greetings, no apology, no nothing. I wasn't sure of he will get someone to fix it but the maintenance guy came after half an hour later. He came check and I could see that the problem is that there's no gas in the aircon. So he got some gas from his trolley and top us. After that, all good but the room was still not as cold as I expected but was better than the begining. Day 1 was as above.... Day 2 All went well for breakfast. We went back to the room and get ourself ready for Legoland. We were a bit late for the shuttle bus. We came down and asked if there's any shuttle bus to Legoland but the receptionist told us we missed it as it was at 10.15am and if we want we have to get Grab ourself. Ok....as a 4star hotel and closed to Legoland, you only have 1 timing for the shuttle bus? Hmmm.....I don't know. Now the unacceptable excuses that I received from the housekeeping when we came back to our room after our Legoland trip, our room was still messy eventhou we switch the clean room button. This time my wife wasn't happy and immediately went downstairs to the receptionist and complaint. We could have just make a phone call but as mentioned the phone was not usable. The receptionist told her that maybe we didn't press the clean room hence the reason they didnt clean but we actually did that. My wife also complained about the phone not usable. Few mins later the maintenance guys came up and check. Indeed the phone was not usable and so is the wifi . They opened up the box just above the kitchen sink and found out all the line was off and asked if we are ok to have the TV off for a while while they fix it. I said ok. After that touch, my WiFi and the phone was usable. Said thank you to them and they left. Few minutes later we had a bell a continuous bell that seems unhappy at the door. It was the house keeping. First thing he saw me he bluntly told me " you put on DND that why we didn't clean.." I stop him and said NO that is not true. It was on Clean Room sign. He came in with another lady to clean the room and threw all the rubbish. I can tell you Mr Jef they were not happy in doing the job. My sink was still dirty with my unwashed coffee cups and glasses, my towels were not replaced and they left leaving behind their cleaning equipment. I took it and left it outside our room. (Picture as attached) That's the overall experience of me and my family stay at your hotel. I doubt I want to come back to stay at your hotel again. I'm not threatening you but just sharing my unhappiness with the whole thing. I expect it to be a good stay but I was wrong and it's a 4 ⭐ hotel...

Design of the hotel is like a typical studio unit of condominium, but their pool is eye catching , the room is spacious. The most surprising is their pillows, its the most comfortable I have ever use. Apologies for putting unrelated picture. It a picture for Bubur Nasi Istimewa No.1
