We booked a luxury lake view room for one night. If the entrance to the hotel is not obvious (you have to go through a small door located at the back of the hotel if you are on the lake side), the welcome is friendly but you must know how to show a a little more rigor.
The room was comfortable, very well soundproofed although with a somewhat "old-fashioned" design, but the view is simply fantastic and you can stay for several hours on the terrace admiring the lake and the view of the Alps.
The breakfast is plentiful and varied and we were very well received. Having breakfast in the room seemed so complicated that we gave up. Too bad, having breakfast from our terrace would have made this moment truly unique.
Also pay attention to the preparation of the rooms: having to ask for bath utensils or even being entrusted with items to put in the mini-bar (for a fee) because they have been forgotten.... This is a shame for an establishment of your range.
We will probably come back but will be attentive to these small inconveniences.
