The hotel we stayed in this time was quite good, surrounded by oak trees, it felt like sleeping in the forest. A 40-year-old hotel can still maintain its quality. China still needs to learn from the United States and Japan. The disadvantage is that it is not actually in Chicago. You need to buy a day pass to take 322/pink or 381/blue to the city. The hotel provides free shuttle to the 22nd Street bus station, and it takes another 1 hour and 20 minutes to get to the city. It is a bit far away from ORD Airport, but the taxi is not cheap, about $45.

The hotel is about 30 - 45 minutes drive from downtown Chicago and 20 minutes drive from O Hare airport. The room is spacious. A hotel with nice view and good for someone looking for a quiet & relaxing getaway.

It's amazing. It's in a golf course and forest park. The environment is great and noble. The hotel has a 150-year-old tree and is by a lake.

Nice property. I love the lake view. Enjoyed several smoked Old Fashioned cocktails at the bar. Both bartenders were very attentive. I ordered food and it did take a little long to receive.

We had a great experience at the Hyatt last week. The customer service was above and beyond. Raul and Carlton ensured that we were taken care of and were exceptionally kind to my son and our family. This is our favorite hotel in the area. The setting is gorgeous, the hotel is timeless, the pool is beautiful and the customer service is consistently stellar. Thank you Raul and Carlton for being the people that you are, you made our visit exceptional!

Noisy,rooms poorly insulated. Bad food. Poor customer service, they couldn't provide the booked room type ! Isolated ,far from everything.
