"Hotel is easy to get to from high way. Very close the big shopping mall and foods and cinema! However the gyms room is a bit smalll. The reception didn’t give good advice to park our car in the facility"

"The hotel is about 30 - 45 minutes drive from downtown Chicago and 20 minutes drive from O Hare airport. The room is spacious. A hotel with nice view and good for someone looking for a quiet & relaxing getaway."

"Celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We had reservations in a nearby restaurant and wanted to be close. Overall, the hotel stay was fine. Quiet and mostly clean. There was a bit of dried up food on the TV stand that I wiped down myself. The lady at the front desk was very accommodating but came off a bit “cold” as if helping me was a chore. The Starbucks lady(staff) was overwhelmed. She was the only person taking orders and ringing up customers. I wish that everyone can simply be kind and cordial or choose not to work in customer service. "

"The room was cleaned and friendly staff. However, I think the price was too expensive and I checked in at night though the key card was issued for the room that someone else already in it. So we have to come down to get another room. It was on a fifth floor but we were down to the 3rd floor next to the HVAC unit outside which was loud. It was not a bad stay or service but I wish it was better for $199. I wish we get a better room for that price."

The room was clean and the breakfast was a bit simple. The hotel WIFI was not connected to the Internet on the second day of check-in. It was good when I checked out on the third day. The efficiency was a bit low."
