They put me in a different room than the one I booked (I booked a superior room with a balcony and was put in a room WITHOUT a balcony, 20 euros cheaper).
I found this attitude incorrect.

The hotel is in an excellent location; close to all the shops and restaurants and even walking distance to two grocery stores. The room was spacious, clean and quiet, we had a beautiful balcony overlooking the patio below and the old wall, we would occasionally see people walking the ramparts. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond, Ricardo at the front desk was extremely helpful with recommendations and very nice to talk to. Would strongly recommend this hotel.

Crazy nightmare in Obidos!! Please avoid by any chance this hotel. After a rainy and cold day I arrived with my family in the hotel but we found we didn't have hot water in the bathroom/shower. The front desk was telling me to keep waiting until perhaps the hot water comes, but l let the water running for 1h and there isn't a hot water at all!! I was with a child and an old lady, so you imagine the nightmare to arrive at 10pm in the hotel and figure out we didn’t have hot water. Another problem was the room which was smelling mould and the hotel refused to give me another clean room. Their solution was to keep the window open that perhaps the smells might go away 🤦🏻♂️

Lovely hotel and we were welcomed with a Ginjinha cocktail. Only issue is the parking is not as noted on the reservation acknowledgement. You need to park in the lot where the public cars and buses park. You will need to roll your luggage to the hotel or contact them and they can help you. Very nice hotel in a cool area. Would recommend it.

O hotel é um charme e tudo é muito bonito e charmoso, no entanto, o destaque vai para o atendimento do funcionário Samuel que ao saber que meus filhos estavam com fome e já não havia muitas opçoes de restaurantes abertos na cidade no horário, preparou pessoalmente um lanche extremamente caprichado para eles com direito a ovos mexidos, sanduiches e panquecas. Jamais esqueceremos a gentileza! Obrigada

Hotel perfeito. Belíssima recepção. Atendimento super educado e muito aconchegante. Da pra visitar a cidade toda a pé e restaurantes são muito próximos. Atente-se apenas aos horários das jantas nos restaurantes, pois falam que fecham 22h-23h, mas param de receber novos clientes depois das 20h.
