We were in #1 and loved it. The hotel is well located. The host is fun to talk with and wants each guest to have a great stay. His restaurant suggestion was great. Be aware that driving and parking within the city walls is not allowed. There are two city entrances. Chose the closer one!

Charming small property inside the castle walls. Host is wonderful and so accommodating. Parking is outside walls but fairly close. I would stay there again

The hotel is well located in the center of the walled city of Óbidos. However, to get there, you have to pull your bags from the parking lot. Choose the paid one that is much closer. You will still have to climb stairs, both in the city and in the hotel, to find the tiny room that doesn't fit 2 people with their respective suitcases. Everything is done remotely, as you will only see a human being at a good breakfast. The hotel does not offer space to store your bags if you arrive before check-in time or leave after check-out.

The guesthouse was perfect for our stay in Obidos. The parking lot is not far to the front door. We loved being able to walk the wall in the morning. You can pick what you want for breakfast which I like as it doesn’t waste food. Would stay again.

Óbidos is a very charming village. The casa de sao Thiago was a very well run place. The confort is excellent.
