The dining room is amazing! What a crazy idea to have all those books. It gives a special atmosphere. Service was excellent and breakfast pretty good. However our room was kind of damp and no door for the toilets, that is kind of weird.

Desilusão completa e péssima experiência. Não justifica 4 estrelas. Precisa urgentemente de obras de renovação, mais limpeza, um serviço mais esforçado e preocupação em receber bem os hóspedes. O estado de degradação dos materiais é inaceitável, a começar pelas alcatifas. Os quartos são pequenos, mal equipados e disfuncionais. Não podemos avaliar o serviço de restaurante mas o pequeno almoço é uma má amostra. Não há uma sala de estar nem serviço de bar. Os colaboradores são simpáticos mas parecem estar em auto-gestão. É uma lástima que um edifício bonito e muito bem localizado esteja tão mal gerido.

O hotel e pessimo nao tem categoria para ser um 4 estrelas Os quartos sao super fraquinhos o armario roupeiro e aberto e tem unicamente 4 cruzetas o meu wc estava em pessimo estado principalmente o lavatorio as toalhas super gastas e a esfiapar o liquido das maos estqva quase no fim e o ambientador todo gasto deve ter meses o cheiro a fossa terrivel A alcatifa nao tem descricao velha e suja Alias todo o hotel tem alcatifa num estado lastimavel e sujo nota se que o hotel nao tem manutençao ha muito tempo e que a limpeza deixa muito a desejar O serviço de Bar que diziam que fechava as 11.30 afinal fecha as 11.10 pq qd chegamos de jantar pedimos 2 aguas e 2 chas e disseram que ja nao serviam Entretanto depois de reclamarmos la executaram o nosso pedido Pena termos escolhido este Hotel nao recomendo mesmo ( alias eramos 3 casais e todos com a mesma opiniao )

O quarto inacreditável de pequeno ,separação casa de banho uma cortina velha ,cama de casal para crianças, cheiro a mofo em todo hotel , cheiro a fossa dentro do quarto ,comando da televisão diferente da que existia …logo não ligava , alcatifas todas velhas, os livros que existem todo hotel cobertos de pó . Bar dizem que fecha 23.30 às 23.10 já não servem .agua morno com rodela limão 6 euros; água do banho morna/fria falta absoluta de manutenção e limpeza quartos uns tem mini frigorífico e chinelos outros nada só um sabonete líquido e já usado na casa de banho como é possível classificarem isto como hotel 4 estrelas pergunto a quem de direito

Die Bücher überall im Haus schaffen eine wunderbare Atmosphäre. Service ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Parken ist ein kleines Abenteuer. Lage direkt an der Mauer ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Frühstück ist einfach phänomenal.

Tres mauvaise experience en hotellerie . La chambre 14 : moquette qui sent la moisissure, et l'on nous dit d'aérer.... Chambre 18, que la réception propose en secour, affreuse car remontées fortes d'urine dans la salle de bain... Valises pas ouvertes, nuit très longue car pas a l'aise. Deux nuits payés, partis au bout d'une seule !
