Good public bath with onsen, cold dip, Sunna room and a semi outdoor area to chill out. The room is big enough, I like the coffee table and extra chair that I use to pack my luggage. Japanese / western style breakfast plus self service options, you can make a pork don, too!

食事の頑張っている感じは、ありますがもう少し十勝と言う思いが欲しいと思う。
従業員教育が出来ないのであれば、せめて思いやりの心が欲しかった。
消臭で対応してくださった、男性従業員、消臭後に手続き対応してくださった若い女性の方の対応は良かったです。

何回か泊まっていますが、今回は水回りがリニューアルされたモデレートツインに初めて泊まりました。 洗面所が独立したので、使いやすくなりましたし、鏡が大きく新しくて、使いやすかったです。 こちらは駅前という立地の良さと大浴場がモール泉の温泉が良くて利用させてもらっています。 駐車場は早く入ると向かいに停められるので、楽です。 あとコンビニはセコマが近いのもいいです。朝食もそこで調達します。食べ過ぎないので。

HPにも書いてある通り、植物性モール泉が売りです！あと十勝サウナ推しのようで、白樺を使用したビフィタ(枝かな？)と、外気浴、モール泉も用意してあり、サウナ好きには満足いくホテルかなと。 建物や水回りの設備は、それなりの年季は経っているけど、キレイにしてありまぁ良し。寝具もリニューアルされてて、枕高め、低めの両方あり、休むには充分過ぎる位でした。 館内着に、カードキーの入れれるポッケがあれば、なお良しでした。

１０／８に宿泊しました。帯広駅前にあるホテルです。やや部屋が広めで大浴場つきということもあり、こちらにしました。タオルなどは大浴場に用意されています。こうしたところはあまりないんですよね。朝食は連休最終日ということあり、バイキングでした。北海道らしさを感じるものは多くはありませんが、満足できる内容でした。欠点らしい欠点は、ホテル隣接の駐車場が狭いことでしょうか。駅地下の駐車場に停めるかたちになりました。１２００円かあかるところが６００円で済むのはありがたいんですが、荷物があるとちょっと大変です。
