"Check-in was quite crowded, but the process was fast and handled efficiently by the polite and helpful staff, which created a welcoming start to the stay. Most of the patrons seemed to be business travelers, but the hotel is also comfortable for leisure stays. The rooms were clean and cozy, with thoughtful touches like a relaxing yukata. Parking is limited, and I had to use the underground car park opposite the hotel — it was convenient, but note that it is paid parking through the hotel. Breakfast (¥2,200 per person) was a highlight, offering a wide variety of dishes including sashimi. The hotel also provided nice extras such as complimentary beer, masks for guests, and bathtub powder sachets for a relaxing soak. The location is excellent — right next to Obihiro Station, with plenty of restaurants nearby. You can even walk to the famous confectionary Rokkatei shop, making it a great base for exploring Obihiro. Overall, a well-located hotel with good food, thoughtful amenities, and warm hospitality."

"Hotel Nikko has great customer service at their front desk. Very helpful when we were checking on the Typhoon Mari status as we were driving from Obihiro to Sapporo. The breakfast selections are very extensive and complete . Close to the train station too."

"Great location, with a lot of great restaurants in walking distance. Room is so small that it was hard to open two luggage’s at the same time. But the cleanliness is impeccable. However, the public bath was kind of disgusting, full of black mold. I decided not to dip myself in the mold soup."

"It was conveniently located near both Obihiro Station and the bus terminal. The room was compact but had everything you need and was comfortable, and the breakfast, which includes a half-buffet and can be chosen from four different options, was excellent. And the best thing was the quality of the free-flowing mall hot spring water in the basement. It was the best! It was also convenient that bath towels and towels were provided in the dressing room. There was also a massage machine and a YA-MAN hair dryer that could be used for free, which I felt was the hotel's thoughtfulness. I would like to stay here again when I go to Obihiro."

The airport limousine bus also stops at Comfort Hotel Obihiro, and it has the advantage of allowing you to board the bus at either the hotel's bus stop or the bus terminal when returning to the airport. Self-check-in is the standard policy. Since Korean language support is available and the staff are friendly and supportive, it is not a problem at all. The level of service and hospitality provided by the staff are also major advantages. The rooms are remarkably clean, and the level of bathroom tidiness surpasses the standard room maid service typical of Comfort Hotels. This is understandable, as the room maids are locals, not foreign staff. I have stayed at several Comfort Hotels, but I highly recommend this place in Obihiro. From the location and the staff's service mindset to the room condition, everything offers hospitality that exceeds the price paid. Breakfast is also provided free of charge. Even considering it is a free service, the breakfast is excellent. This is a hotel that I would consider my top choice if I visit Obihiro again. I highly recommend it."

"Beautiful hotel with a moor onsen spa and sauna. However it is a 15-min walk from the station and shuttle service is limited. Lots of weddings and royal visit at this resort. Twin Room is spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to M fast food chain next door and Aeon shopping nearby. I would highly recommend it."
