The quality of the room was outstanding and went well beyond my expectations. A unique highlight was a wine tasting event happening during my visit; I had the wonderful opportunity to sample some excellent sake and enjoy a pleasant conversation with the manager. The overall experience truly exceeded my expectations on every level. This hotel will 100% be my first choice the next time I am in Obihiro."

"I had trouble finding the check-in location. Because of a car arriving at the same time, I couldn't see the reception entrance and ended up searching for over 15 minutes. I wish they had provided a map beforehand. The bathroom's drying button seemed to be broken and unusable. I tried to check out, but due to system issues, I couldn't process it myself, which was frustrating. I wish they had informed me that check-out wasn't necessary when the reception wasn't present. It would be helpful if they announced that a separate accommodation tax is required and that guests should prepare small change."

"The building is new and each room has air conditioning, which is great, but we stayed for several nights with 14 people, and the kitchen only had small plates. There were pots and pans, but no ladles, which is a minor detail, but it would be nice if there were more. Also, there was no spare toilet paper, so we had to go to a nearby convenience store (a 5-6 minute walk) in the middle of the night to buy some. There are no supermarkets nearby, so I recommend that guests do all their shopping before drinking alcohol."

The hot spring is quite unique with its soy sauce-colored water. The hotel's food should be quite special; unfortunately, I was in a hurry this time and didn't get to dine there. I hope to have the opportunity next time."

Talk and eat and leave the door open and keep making noise, which can be simply avoided if they were kind enough to move two steps outside the room and leave the room, which is commonly shared by many others, quiet, or at least less chaotic. I know it’s not the problem by the hostel itself, but I am just sharing my frustrating experience and hope you won’t have this kind of room mates during your stay of the shared room."

"This time, I stayed here without meals. The selling point of this hotel is the 100% privately-sourced moor hot spring. It moisturized my skin and the slightly hot water felt great! It's about a 5-minute walk from Obihiro Station, and the bus from Tokachi Obihiro Airport stops nearby, so it's very convenient. The price is reasonable and there are many restaurants nearby, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat. Next time, I'd like to try the hotel's meals."

"Our family of three stayed here. It's in a residential area, but there's a sign, so we found it easily. There's a garage, so parking isn't a problem. There's no staff at check-in, but the manager was there and kindly gave us directions. The interior is gorgeous, and our kids loved it. There's also karaoke, so my wife and kids had a great time singing along. The bathroom was also luxurious, with a jacuzzi, which was great. My wife and kids were very satisfied and said they want to come again, so we'll definitely stay here again when we're near Obihiro. I recommend this hotel for people who want to enjoy an extraordinary space that's different from a business hotel. To the owner: It might be nice to have something like a drying rack for used bath towels. I don't know about the other rooms, but it might be nice to have a family room with a brighter interior."
