Check in was fast and easy. Room was clean and have all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Had a little issue with the Tv remote however the young lady at the front desk quickly resolved that issue. (Thanks Shaunna-Kay)
Breakfast was included in the price. Food was tasty and staffs all very friendly. Would definitely recommend this stay.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Thanks to chief Troy.Lunch also was delicious. The room was clean & bed comfortable .The room smelt so good. The staff are very helpful. The environment was calm. The pool relaxing.The hotel is child friendly there is a small playground with a swing and slide.

It’s stated that the check in time is from 3 pm to midnight 12 AM. I came to the hotel at 9 pm and the office was closed. It was raining. After few hours I decided to book another hotel close to the airport, in Montego Bay. Since I had two bookings I chose to go to the one closer to the airport knowing the my vacations were compromised.

Nice experience Loved the stay. Felt secured and taken care of. Nice staff. Needs stronger WiFi for upstairs other from that all was pleasant and would return. Thank you for the experience pineapple court hotel .

I bed was comfortable u would sleep all day lol,front office agents were friendly,the only issue I got was the pool I look a bit dirty so I didn't go in.the house keepers cleaned the room on time n each time it smells so good
