"This hotel was good for my partner and I. We only stayed for 2 nights and it was our safe place to rest after the activities in Ochi Rios. The WiFi was good for us. The staff was friendly and helpful when we needed assistance. We struggled a bit with mosquitoes since this hotel is surrounded by lots of trees and plants. The bathroom specifically could be cleaner based on my preference (not that it was blatantly dirty) and I didn't like the shower curtain that was hung up. It makes the whole bathroom wet when you shower."

"WARNING! BEWARE! This hotel is a complete scam and should be illegal to falsely advertise to this extent. The place had cockroaches, no swimming pool, exclusive beach has no beach and rocky area is locked.off to guests. The included breakfast is only a piece of toast with jam. Anything else is to be purchased. Also, the room had no TV as shown in photos and we had two days no electricity . Was definitely my worst hotel experience, and I tried my best to not let ruin our time in Jamaica but it was difficult dealing with all these issues. There are many better places to stay in Ocho Rios and even some.nice ones for cheaper. I hope trip will stop advertising this on behalf of the business because they are stealing from clients! So wrong. The only accurate thing is a view of the sea."

"Worst experience ever we was advised that the property had wheelchair access bathroom had handrails and it was not wheelchair accessible or wheelchair friendly in anyway . We had to squeeze wheelchair into the lift wheelchair could not get into the bathroom. There was no handrails even if the wheelchair could get into the bathroom. The bed was too high. Property was dirty. The booking had wine which was not in the room. The bed was too high, so my partner had to sleep on the two seater sofa at 6 foot seven very uncomfortable, but it was too late for us to find alternative accommodation. Get hold of the host got hold of the person in charge of the property who could not get hold of the host so we had no choice but to stay in Property access the bathroom. My partner could not access the bathroom so had to pee in a bottle. The following morning at 6 am we started receiving calls from the host telling us we should have found alternative accommodation at 10:30 pm after being back-and-forth for two hours with the person in charge of the property then at 6 am when we received a call from the owner, we was asked to leave the property immediately"
