At 7 pm, they replied to the email: They only emphasized that the master key was kept at the front desk during our breakfast time, and said that if we want to enter the room, only we have the key! It makes people feel speechless! Is there only one master key? ! So I replied to the email: asking if the hotel can investigate the surveillance in the corridor. It took a total of half an hour, and there was no reply from the hotel since then! Another day: Ctrip platform continued to communicate with the hotel, and the reply I got was that the hotel did not have surveillance, and expressed that surveillance was private and could not be viewed (so I think there must be surveillance, but it was not checked or the problem was not reported).
