Our family get together went really well at Crewe Hall, all the staff couldn't have been more helpful and the facilities were just what we needed for our family weekend. Rooms were comfortable, food was good and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. There were two issues around the food, service was really slow one night and there was no porridge available one morning, however, the fresh baked croissants were delicious. Also, beautiful old house that we were able to look around, extremely interesting, and what a fabulous setting - we would definitely come again.

What a wonderful place to stay! The Crewe Hall Hotel and Spa has all the charm and delights of a bygone age, but with all the comforts of modern times. We had three nights staying in the Royal Suite which was very comfortable and spacious, along with amenities such as the complimentary mini-bar. Breakfasts and dinner were excellent offering choices to suit everyone. Equally impressive was the hotel itself with delightful grounds to enjoy. The Spa has a good size swimming pool, Sauna and Steam Room. Thanks to Jess and the team for a most memorable time. We look forward to another visit in the not too distant future.

we visited here with a dog grooming event and we were so happy with the venue. the staff were brilliant and the rooms were much more convenient being on the bottom floor right by the events hall. Which made carrying everything and taking the dogs with us much easier. Plenty of outdoor area to run the dogs and walk them in between competitions. The grounds and the house were beautiful!

I stayed here with my friend for a pre Birthday wknd break. We stayed in a feature king room in the hall which was everything we could of asked for... Huge four poster comfy bed, complimentary mini bar, lovely clean bathroom with bath & shower, Nespresso machine, snacks and a happy pre Birthday card with chocolate from the hotel was a lovely touch! We were late going to dinner but they accommodated us with no issue even though it was past closing time. The lovely staff at reception called through and let the restaurant know that we were late which was all accepted with no problem. So pleased with this and well worth the wait as the food was perfect! Best cheesecake I've had for ages 🙂😋. I can't fault our stay or the wonderful staff & Crewe Hall is just beautiful! Well kept grounds, beautiful views and great facilities. I would highly recommend Crewe Hall & would stay happily stay here again. £500 these days for 2 people to have a wonderful wknd away with great dinner, wonderful breakfast every morning, perfect staff and perfect surroundings is a rare thing so we'll done Crewe Hall for getting it right!

Second stay! And for a good reason, loved it and the staff are amazing. We were on a trip to the UK from Holland. First night we stayed was fantastic so we drove 3 hours out of our way to spend our last night of our holiday at the Hall.

Booked an overnight spa break. Stayed in the new bit but were encouraged to look around the old bit which is beautifully preserved , the chapel was lovely. The treatments were great and the food very good. What struck me was that all the staff had big smiles on their faces and were very friendly. Had a lovely first stay and will definitely be back. The break was very good value for money

Amazing stay from start to end. The staff were so friendly and attentive, making the stay extra special for my mum. We were a party of 9 staying in 5 rooms. The rooms were spotless, the food at the Brasserie was delicious and the young waiting on staff did a fantastic job. We can't wait to book a return visit.
