Hotels Near Bolbro Bibliotek in Odense

It’s very convenient to the opposite side of the train station. I thought about other hotels like Lishao but I thought about dragging the boxes and didn’t want to go too far. It proved very wise. The town is also very quiet. There is a very cheap and delicious Thai-style meal at McDonald’s in the train station. Chinese stomach ate two breakfasts in the hotel but the breakfast room was nice and the park room was big.

I got my car into the car park easy enough, down a steep narrow ramp there's a 90 degree turn, the ramp into the car park is very narrow and I only just fitted the car in. There is not signs saying the car park is only suitable for very small cars. At 11pm I got asked to move my car as it was taking up two spaces, these spaces are very small but I managed to manouvere it into half the space I had taken. Getting out the next day was a nightmare, took me about 25 minutes and scratches all down one side of my car. The hotel itself is central and enough, we had a captains room which was more like a caravan than a hotel, no curtains, no mini bar, just big enough for the bed and shower. But that car park!

Modern and nice setup as this hotel is quite new. Breakfast was good with typical danish offerings. Could do with more options to be called a 4 or 5 stars hotel. Location is 15mins walk to city square area. Nearby with Netto supermarket. Room is ok but without toiletries and room amenities to comment. Ba*****t parking but be WARNED that only park with hotel black floor label. As if driver can see the floor black label from driving position on first visit to the carpark. The carpark lots around the hotel entrance at carpark is NOT for guests. And you have to pay parking within 4 minutes in this carpark else you will be fined near to 120 Euro. Unlike all other carparks I visited in Denmark where I only pay upon exit for the hours parked. This is street parking underground! I wonder who can complete hotel check in 4 minutes including taking a lift up to the lobby reception. This carpark management is out to scam first timers to this place maybe to keep those carpark inspectors employed.

The meat sauce is especially delicious. We went to Copenhagen, Aarhus and Copenhagen. Clarion Airport Hotel near the airport, things like liver pate and bolognese are not delicious for Odense. Lovely small friendly hotel. We stayed for one night and enjoyed it. The dinner was excellent in an authentic Danish restaurant. Hotel is well maintained and looks very pretty from the car park side. Although it is on a main road it didn’t bother us as most of the rooms face away from the road. I would definitely recommend.

Very recommended hotel, especially self-driving, very close to the high speed, free parking. Some distance from the city center. The hotel facilities are very good, equivalent to the domestic four-star hotel, belonging to the conference hotel, the service is not bad. European style at breakfast.
