Wir sind zu zweit gestern im Hotel Offenbacher Hof angereist. Die Parksituation war sehr problematisch. Das Hotel bietet einen separaten Parkplatz an der sich hinter dem Hof befindet. Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz ist eine Mammut Aufgabe. Jemand mit einem Sehr breiten Auto passt ohne Kratzer nicht hindurch. Viel zu eng und wenig Platz um gerade in die Lücke zu kommen. Im Hotel angekommen betraten wir unsere 2 Zimmer (Jeder hatte eins) Erster Eindruck ein sehr modriger Geruch, nagut. Als ich die Dusche betreten wollte nach der langen Autofahrt und den Vorhang im Zimmer zuzog viel dieser halb von der Decke ab Und mit Überzeugung musste ich so feststellen dass hier einiges an Dreck auf dem Boden lag. Das Badezimmer war sehr hellhörig sodass ich ebenfalls die Geräusche vom Nachbarn hörte. Die Dusche war super jedoch stelle ich fest nachdem ich die Badezimmertür öffnete das aus den Fugen (Leiste) an der Zimmerwand das ganze Wasser aus der Dusche hervorkam. Das Wasser musste ich so stoppen mit allen Handtüchern die ich hatte schade dass nun alle nass waren und keine Heizung funktionierte um diese zu trocknen. Leider waren wir schon sehr spät dran zu unserem Termin ansonsten hätte ich mich sofort anstandslos beschwert. In der Nacht als ich zu Bett gehen wollte und der Nachbar im anderen Zimmer bis 3:00Uhr morgends seinen Partyclub nachgehen wollte konnte ich schließlich vor Husten nicht einschlafen. Problem war der Staub der auch im Bett zu finden war.Ich dachte ich werde ein wenig TV schauen bis ich einschlafe, schade der TV hatte völlig ein weg und funktionierte nicht. Nach einer schlaflosen Nacht bin ich froh sofort ausgechekt zu haben. Nie wieder schade !

Hotel står som rygefri, men der kommer røglugt ud af udluftningen på badeværelset, således at døren skal holdes lukket… mangler kroge til at hænge håndklæder på, lige ledes var der køleskab der står med lys og brumme, hvis ikke det bliver taget fra stikket.
Dejlig morgenmadsbuffet.

Die Betten sind viel zu weich ich konnte 2 Tage nicht schlafen und gehe mit rückenschmerzen/ Nackenschmerzen nach Hause. Im frühstücksaal sprach man mich in Englisch an wobei ich in Deutschland bin und für mich die Voraussetzung DEUTSCH ist. Meine Kollegin konnte in der ersten Nacht nicht schlafen weil die ganze Nacht ein BASS durch das Hotel bebte. Neben uns führte ein Ausländer so laute Gespräche das meine Übersetzer APP alles verstanden hatte worum es bei dem Gast seines Gespräches gegangen ist. Die Zimmer sind kalt herzig eingerichtet nicht einmal ein Bild hing an der Wand. Das Badezimmer war jeden Tag geflutet und viel zu klein. Es gab zu wenig Steckdosen. Die Fernbedienung vom TV funktionierte nicht. Das Zimmer war jedoch sauber und es gab frische Handtücher. Das Frühstück hatte ein gutes Rührei zu wenig Auswahl an Vitalen Frühstück Möglichkeiten. Marmelade aus der platikvetpackung keine frischen säfte. Obst auswahl mangelhaft. Ich werde das hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Room was nice and clean. Location was not bad. I did not like the fact that when we arrived the heating was off, so we had to start it and wait till it gets warm. Breakfast was generally poor, but in particular for me it was zero- there were no Vegan options. No soya milk, no margarine, no oil, nothing. When we booked, we booked a 4 star hotel. It has nothing to do with 4 star provisions.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE S*** This is my experience: I travel with a dog and I searched through Booking the hotels that accept dogs. This hotel was in the list but just to be sure I wrote a WhatsApp to ask them, at the beginning they asked me how big is the dog, but then they changed and they said that THE HOTEL DON'T ACCEPT DOGS. I asked one more question but the guy in WhatsApp answered me that he had a day off and didn't know (???). For a problem with booking website (I was on another hotel page but the connection was bad and I don't know what happened recharging the page), I find myself paying 83€ at this hotel. I wrote IMMEDIATELY at the WhatsApp number and also through Booking explaining that I had a problem with Booking website and that for a mistake I payed 83€ but I couldn't come because they don't accept dogs. I kindly asked a reimbursement which was refused several times. As I had to go to another hotel nearby, the next morning I decided to pass by and to talk directly to the reception to explain the issue I had with the website but the receptionist was VERY IMPOLITE, DIDN'T WANT TO LET ME TALK AND EXPLAIN and invented a story that there was some other company owning the hotel (which is NOT TRUE) and that I had to ask Booking for the reimbursement. He said to write an email that would be forwarded to the owner but guess what?? The same guy answered to me directly at my email (do you think we are all stupid??) Things like this can happen when booking online and as I talked previously with the WhatsApp number, I would expect more comprehensive and human behaviour. The difference between humans and machines is the ability to understand the different situations, but apparently in this hotel all they care about is money. Never go to this hotel because once you paid they don't care about you at all, they are NOT NICE WITH THE CUSTOMERS, don't care about being good with the people, don't let you talk and explain, hope to never have a problem because they will never even try to help. Don't make my mistake and don't pay one single dime to this dirty hotel managed by not professional people.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, stellenweise ungepflegt und nicht einladend. Die Zimmer sind absolut ungemütlich und versprühen mit grellem Licht und 80er Jahre Kunstledermöbeln den Charme einer Abstellkammer. Lediglich das Bad war neu, was aber meinen Gesamteindruck nicht verbessern konnte.

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles ( hébergements haut de gamme), j’étais déçu. Un ascenseur minuscule, dans la chambre, aucun accessoire de courtoisie (même pas un crayon et un bout de papier), très bruyant, des portes qui claquent…Les literies et le linge, draps et serviettes ne sont pas de haute qualité… J’ai apprécié la chambre spacieuse, et la salle de bain moderne.

Dieses Hotel war perfekt für unser Vorhaben: ein Kurztrip nach FFM wegen eines Konzertes. Es war günstig,sauber und für die Mädels,die abends allein zurück kamen, sicher und gut zu erreichen. Das Bad war hervorragend, die Dachterrasse gerade im &mbau -aber um dort abends noch einfach in Ruhe zu sitzen perfekt.Das Zimmer war sauber und absolut korrekt für diesen Preis. Der Herr in der Anmeldung freundlich. Ich persönlich würde mir nur ein 2. Weinglas wünschen ( wir haben aber auch nicht gefragt) und längere Frühstückszeit. Beim nächsten Konzert oder Eintracht -Spiel werden wir uns wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden.
