"Extremely Disappointing Experience Our experience at this hotel in Frankfurt was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival on our first night, we had to wait for 2 hours on the street because there was no one at the reception and the front door was locked. When we finally got inside, the floor was sticky and it was dusty under the bed. The following day, when I complained, the manager said our only option was to find another place to stay, but we would not receive a refund. Additionally, there were insects in the room, and the entire hotel smelled of smoke."

Campanile Frankfurt Offenbach ★★★
"It's a simple and affordable hotel, though a bit of a walk from the train station. I had a comfortable stay in a spacious room with a river view. The male staff member at the front desk was friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant check-in experience. It would be even more comfortable if there were an electric kettle in the room."

"It's only about a 40-minute walk from Frankfurt Central Station. There's a train nearby, but it wasn't a problem even late at night. It was very clean, the bed was spacious, and the quilts were separate, so it was comfortable for two people. Next time, I'll definitely choose this hotel for its great value, even if I'm not in the center of Frankfurt!"

"Great location, just a 10-minute walk to the subway station. Plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The area is also quite clean, and the hotel facilities are well-maintained. Some of the rooms have been renovated. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future!"

Four Points by Sheraton Offenbach Plaza ★★★★
"We arrived late at the hotel and were delighted that parking lot was still available. As I found the building to have a character of its own, I asked the reception about the history of the hotel and was told that it used to be an animal slaughterhouse. The room condition was good as expected but unfortunately, my mother slipped and injured herself in the bathroom when she exited from the shower area to the basin as it was a step higher than the rest of the bathroom. Breakfast was alright though the variety was limited. It was overall a good experience staying in the hotel."
