"DO NOT book this hotel! The service is super bad and then we haven't even talked about the room.. the hotel already stank when we entered and our room was full of mold and the wallpaper was literally coming off the wall. Very unsafe for our kids. The roller shutter of the room was broken so we had no curtain and the light stayed in the room. The room itself was also very dirty and the bunk bed was broken.. in the end we didn't stay overnight and after a lot of hassle we didn't get our money back. The gentleman at the reception was impossible to talk to, he shouted at us and eventually hung up angrily. Please don't book this!"

"Extremely Disappointing Experience Our experience at this hotel in Frankfurt was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival on our first night, we had to wait for 2 hours on the street because there was no one at the reception and the front door was locked. When we finally got inside, the floor was sticky and it was dusty under the bed. The following day, when I complained, the manager said our only option was to find another place to stay, but we would not receive a refund. Additionally, there were insects in the room, and the entire hotel smelled of smoke."
