"The Check Inn Hotel on Dieselstrasse in Offenbach is in a very quiet location. The room on the first floor was very clean. It had everything you could need, including a TV, Wi-Fi, and a refrigerator. There was even a kettle and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The elevator provides easy access to the underground parking garage. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All in all, we would definitely book this hotel again next time. Everything was great! 👍"

"Very helpful, friendly receptionist. What I don't understand is why I had to pay extra for my dog. I know it is standard, but the reason given is for the extra cleaning a dog causes. I'd get that if the room was immaculate, but when the carpet looks like it does in the picture, what exactly am I paying extra for? There was a definite lack of cleaning there. "

"We have mixed feelings with this hotel. While the location is okay, a lovely room and safe parking facility, the service could be much better. During check-in and check-out, we were requested to pay the city tax, while we already paid this to Trip.com during booking. At the end, we didn't pay the city tax, as the lady of the reception also didn't say anything anymore. Another lady of the reception was grumpy and show an angry face, when we wanted to order something from the bar. Later, we know why she was grumpy. She was preparing to go home, as it was almost the end of her shift. Well, I can only say this: no matter what, but as receptionist you must always keep an happy and friendly face to your guests, as it's their holiday! The male colleague later in the evening was much more better! Oh, and the breakfast is limited. Not much choice. The breakfast area is quite small."

I also have to complain that according to the website the check-out is at 11:30 am, at 9:44 a lady knocked on our door and then asked when we wanted to check out. When I said 11:00 she said check-out was at 10:00 and I didn't understand the rest of the sentence. But for a short stay the hotel is perfect."

"Extremely Disappointing Experience Our experience at this hotel in Frankfurt was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival on our first night, we had to wait for 2 hours on the street because there was no one at the reception and the front door was locked. When we finally got inside, the floor was sticky and it was dusty under the bed. The following day, when I complained, the manager said our only option was to find another place to stay, but we would not receive a refund. Additionally, there were insects in the room, and the entire hotel smelled of smoke."
