To be honest nothing bad about this hotel as others mentioned. The staff manager at the front desk is super nice and helped with all sorts of request. Room is in good but not luxury condition which is kind of expected. Pool is closed.

Hotel location was very good
However, as soon as I entered the room, the vibrating smell of an old dishcloth from the shower curtain made me frown.
Afterwards, there was a lot of dust on the furniture that wasn't used often, dust on the head of the bed... there was a thick yellow scab inside the pot... I couldn't even drink a cup of tea.
Due to the smell and poor cleaning, I was given a room change and a glass of wine, but the accommodation lowered my satisfaction with the trip.

The hotel is good, parking is free, and it is next to Lake Rotorua. The hotel has a unique sulfur smell which is quite interesting;

The Rotorua Lake is just outside the window, and you can smell the sulfur when you open the window, which makes it possible to see the geothermal landscape.

The front desk staff is very welcoming. Although there is no Chinese service, there is no obstacle to travel. It is a great experience. In addition, the bed is very comfortable.

Super dirty, super bad. Don’t stay there. It feels like it’s a renovated hospital or nursing home. The room smells bad and the facilities are old.
