"**Review of Urban Sleepery** Had a great experience overall. The location is really good, and the staff were super friendly. I loved the free coffee and the fact that they had full cooking facilities—super handy if you want to make your own meals. The only issue was the shower—the hot water was hard to control. It kept switching between too hot and too cold, which was a bit annoying. Other than that, it was a great stay, and I’d definitely recommend it for the price and convenience!"

"The hotel is beautiful, and comfortable. Staff are very attentive and helpful in every way, from front desk to cleaning the rooms to serving the meals. Sadly the hotels spas and sauna were not functional and the “free” service at the Polynesian was over crowded and full of kids. No towels were supplied and an extra charge is charge to get a towel. But the experience is not overly unpleasant. Location is great as it is close to all attractions and the lake."

"Seriously, just spend a bit more and stay at a Pullman. There's absolutely no service here! I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience was truly awful! The check-in staff barely said a word. After I filled out the info, they just handed me the room key and immediately started talking to another colleague. They didn't even tell us where the breakfast restaurant was; we had to find it ourselves the next day. In the evening, the shower gel dispenser was empty. I called for some, and when they brought it up, they just handed it over without saying a single word or an apology, then left. 🤣 Then, in the afternoon, we heard someone trying to open our room door. It was a father and son, and they had a room key for *our* room, lol. I called the front desk, and they just said they accidentally gave them the wrong key. No apology, and then they just hung up on me. Is the front desk really that arrogant? The room facilities are quite old and dated. The location is also on the outskirts of town. I really don't recommend staying here... It truly ruined our trip."

"The hotel's location is excellent, and parking is convenient. The beds in the rooms are comfortable, though the breakfast selection is limited. There are many restaurant options nearby, and it's right opposite the Polynesian Spa, which was once named one of the 'Top 10 Spas in the World' by Lonely Planet – definitely worth a visit!"

"Interesting 3 bedroom apartment, building is made of central hexagon shape with the sunken living room in the middle. Only problem is the 7th person has to sleep in a portable collapsable spring bed so not comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and host promptly came to our rescue when we couldn't figure out how to power on the heater."

"Really good! front desk is so helpful for activity booking and other inquiries, the common room is big and makes it easy to socialise.. kitchen is decent size for what its accomodating. rooms are standard for hostel - shared rooms have bed curtains and lockers, own outlets etc"

"The hotel is quiet and has great security. After 11pm, the main entrance is locked, so guests need to scan their card to enter the lobby, and scan again to access their room floor. I really like this security setup. The location is also excellent — very close to the town center, with easy access to restaurants and supermarkets."

"As soon as we arrived, the alpacas and sheep greeted us, which was the most relaxing experience. Every morning, I opened the window in my room and was so happy to greet the alpacas, sheep, birds, and rabbits. I was so happy that there was a bathtub in the room. The kitchen was equipped with cutlery, a refrigerator, etc., and the bathroom had a high-quality hairdryer. There were more than enough beds for everyone, so we had fun discussing where to sleep. I was able to feel so much happiness at this lodge surrounded by nature. Thank you very much."

"This hotel is a campsite located in a park, offering a lovely environment and hot springs. For families or couples, I'd recommend booking a room with a private bathroom. The basic cabins only have beds and are essentially just for sleeping, but they do offer a unique experience."
