Nice room-only facility with reserved come-and-go parking for 10 EUR per day. Room was very spacious and nice big double bed. Bit odd that we were told the heating was turned off by the owner as they were away and so we needed an electric heater delivered to the room. There is under floor heating, which is nice but doesn't really warm the room Bathroom was a bit tatty and the overhead shower was installed in such a way it wouldn't really cover you with water. Note reception not always staffed, so be aware if arriving late. But once checked in you have an electronic tag to come and go when the reception is closed. There are two mini-markets very close by for stocking up on food etc Nice balcony overlooking the lake, although there was an ashtray fully of used cigarettes that wasn't removed in the three days we were there. Would recommend, but note no on-site food at all, but plenty of places very close by to get breakfast and the town is about a 5-6 min walk away to get dinner.
