這家酒店房間，出乎意料的大。在日本算很大的房間了。樓下就有羅森，很便利。距離大分站步行大概10分鐘左右。

お部屋は、隅々まで、かなり綺麗です。とても気持ち良く過ごせます。わたしは、ダニと埃がアレルギーなので、すぐ、どれだけ綺麗かが判断出来ます。お水のサービスも一本ありました。暑い夏なので、とても助かりました。お風呂と部屋の段差も少なく良かったです。朝食も1500円と安く、洋風のスープがとても美味しく二杯もおかわりしてしまいました。大分県名物のとり天もちゃんと出ますよ。ポン酢とからしで食べる説明も書いており、とても良かったです。フロントの女の方と男の方も優しくいい雰囲気です。メンバーズ会員になり、メンバーカードも作りました。また、他の県にもある所に泊まってみようと思っています。

立地は良い。大分駅から少し歩くが許容できる範囲。
チェックインの際に清掃が終わってないとのことで20分ほど待たされた。

チェックインの時に満室だから、朝食は混み合うかも知れないと言われていましたが、朝食会場が広く、待たずに食べられて良かった。朝食が美味しかった。

大人2人小学生1人でダブルベッドの部屋に宿泊しました
部屋に 加湿機能つきの空気清浄機があったので、寝ている間に乾燥せず良かったです。
アメニティに 子供用を頂けて嬉しかったです。
この度は食事はしていませんが、一階にローソンがあり便利でした！ 歩いて行けれる飲食店も多くて、夜は地元の美味しい魚が食べられる食事ができ満足でした
大分城の周りを 朝ランで軽く走ったり、散歩したりと良い場所だったので また利用したいです。
