The staff were very kind, respectful, and pleasant. my bedroom bathroom had earthworms popping out from the drain hole and my bedroom was in darkness and hot for approximately an hour as there was no power supply and none of the generators were turned on. Also, the state condition of the bedsheet (cover), Duvet and the cover were absolutely disgusting and definitely not good for human consumption.

The electricity would go out and not be be turned back on for hours. The AC didn't cool the room. And the last day, the water went out and they said they had no intentions of fixing it.
