"The staff were very kind, respectful, and pleasant. my bedroom bathroom had earthworms popping out from the drain hole and my bedroom was in darkness and hot for approximately an hour as there was no power supply and none of the generators were turned on. Also, the state condition of the bedsheet (cover), Duvet and the cover were absolutely disgusting and definitely not good for human consumption."
