1人で宿泊しました。車で行きましたが、契約駐車場は無いですが、すぐ近くにパーキングは多く比較的安いので問題ありません。部屋は寝泊まりするだけのスペースで、私の宿泊した部屋は窓の外がすぐ隣のビルの壁でした。
値段がとにかく安かったので、それを考えれば仕方ないと思いました。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

雖然酒店沒有停車場 但是附近停車場很近 甚至比很多岡山酒店的停車場便宜 而且check in手續也非常簡便 甚至鑰匙都直接放在屋子裡了 酒店離岡山站也很近 出外頭也有便利店 是不錯的下榻選擇

私は岡山駅からO X I Oへタクシーで向かいました。その運転手はホテルの存在を知らず、ホテルとして認知度が低い、との第一印象を受けました。
ホテルは確かに全てにおいて小ぶり、実用的、無駄がなく、その設備の機能は熱いシャワーが旅の疲れを洗い流してくれました。
私が将来再びこのホテルを利用する可能性は、一人で泊まる場合に限り、あります。

Hotel is about 1.6 km. from the station, so perfectly walkable. Also not too far from a streetcar stop. Across from a university, if that's your destination. Nice and quiet. Very much a no-frills place, in case you are expecting anything in the way of amenities.
Downside: receptionist was not there when I arrived. I had to call the property while stood in the lobby in order for her to come down and check me in. Keep in mind that I arrived during normal reception hours.
Small additional gripe: this hotel has the most awkward and unwieldy room keys I've ever seen. They are attached to a ludicrously long holder that is unlikely to comfortably fit in anyone's pocket.
Overall: I would stay here again, on account of the fact that it is likely to be consistently cheaper than other options due to its location and basic nature. I really hope that the reception issue was a one-off for some reason or another. If reception is consistently like this, then I ultimately can't recommend staying here. If you're a foreign visitor who can't speak any Japanese, it would be a serious problem.

私は気にはしませんが、気にする人は寝つきが悪くなるかも。

フロントが、２２時までで、それ以後のチェックインでしたので、電話して、部屋番号のみの指示を受け、部屋インしたらキーが置いてありました。
翌日に支払いをなし、翌々日に部屋にキーを置いたまんまチェックアウト。
これもまた、ホテルマンに余計に会わなくていいし、良いと思います。 緊急時の連絡先もあり、まっ、ビジネスとすれば合格点ですね^_^
