VIA INN OKAYAMA JR-West Group ★★★
"This hotel in Okayama was by far the most comforting and reassuring place I stayed on my trip – I absolutely loved it! It's everything I imagine a Japanese hotel to be: minimalist yet stylish, and impeccably clean. The location right in front of the JR station is super convenient, making it an easy walk without any hassle. Even if it's windy or raining, getting out is no problem at all. I highly recommend this hotel; I'd definitely return to Okayama just to stay here again."
The OneFive Okayama ★★★
"Spacious and quiet room, hotel is close to main train station."
Mitsui Garden Hotel Okayama ★★★★
"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the train station and surrounded by malls. Takashimaya and Aeon's large supermarket are nearby, with department stores on the upper floors of the supermarket. The 6th and 7th floors are full of restaurants, well worth exploring for a meal. The station itself also has a huge food hall, and on the B level, there are several large drugstores, making shopping very convenient. There's also a Lawson convenience store near the hotel, which is super handy. The hotel environment is quite good, generally quiet and tidy. There's even a large public bath on the top floor; after a tiring day of shopping, a soak there can really relieve fatigue, and there are self-service massage chairs next to it. The front desk staff were very friendly, warm, and polite. They even kindly helped us call a taxi to the airport, which we really appreciated. We'd definitely stay here again if we have the chance."
Hotel Granvia Okayama ★★★★
"Excellent hotel with direct access to Okayama station. The service, cleanses, location…. everything is top class!"
Okayama Koraku Hotel ★★★
"Room design made good use of space so it didn't feel cramped, despite small size. Great location near train station. Close to restaurants etc and night life."
HOTEL MYSTAYS Okayama ★★★
"Just stayed one night at the hotel, we arrived in the evening and there are girls standing along the roadside outside the hotel so not a great location with kids. Otherwise decent hotel with easy access to the train station."
ANA Crowne Plaza OKAYAMA by IHG ★★★★
"The location was excellent and incredibly convenient. The staff was very friendly and made us feel truly welcome. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!"
APA Hotel & Resort Okayama Eki Shinkansen Guchi - Opening August 6 (Thu), 2026 ★★★★
Hotel Abest Grande Okayama ★★★
"A bit not clean"

Hotel Fine Garden Okayama II
"After checking in, I found out that it was a love hotel with free parking. The room is very clean and comes with some paid ****. The bathroom is large and clean, and the room is also large But the bed is two single beds put together to form a double bed, the bed is a bit sunken The pillows are a bit low and the room smells like smoke which is a drawback of this time. But overall it will be good"
Hotel Lotus Okayama Adult Only
"Nice hotel and super clean , good location"
Okayama City Hotel Kuwatacho
"Since my check-in time was late and the date was about to change, I called before heading out, but they said "Any time is fine" and I was very relieved because I was getting anxious about not being able to catch a taxi. The hotel lobby and rooms were very clean and nice. I had plans in the morning and didn't have time to go to the bakery attached to the hotel, so I hope to use their services again on my next trip to Okayama!"
Kuretake Inn Okayama
"I'm glad there's a smoking room!"
Super Hotel Okayama Station Higashiguchi
"Check-in too late – 3:00 PM. Check-out too early. It's unclear why they're charging for it if the actual room usage is less than 24 hours."
San Peach Okayama
"The front desk staff were very helpful, and the room was spotlessly clean. Personally, I have no complaints. The price is reasonable, depending on the time of year, so I would like to use this hotel again next time."
Shikinokaban
"The introduction of this hotel is completely inconsistent with the actual situation. There is no hot spring at all, 24-hour front desk service KTV and restaurant. The open space is full of garbage and weeds, the room is dimly lit, and there are big spider webs, and it is far, far away from the station. Needless to say, it is simply unimaginable in a place with no credibility like Japan. A one-night stay costs ¥2,000, which is equivalent to 40,000 yen."
Okayama Momotaro Onsen
Toyoko Inn Okayama Eki Higashi Guchi
"A very typical Japanese style chain hotel. The location is good, not too far from the station. The twin room is also big enough for two people. Had a wonderful experience in Toyoko Inn Okayama-eki Higashi-guchi for one night. Would love to stay again next time visit."
Hotel AreaOne Okayama
"It is less than 10 minutes walk from Okayama Station, but please note that because the road in front of Okayama Station is under construction, you have to cross the road across the street to Big Camera and then go to the hotel via Takashimaya, otherwise you will have to walk a long way. Opposite is a large AEON MALL with complete basic facilities. I didn't expect Okayama to be like a small city, but the living facilities are quite complete. The hotel front desk may be confused. We arrived at around 9 o'clock in the morning, but because we could only check in at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, we left after leaving our luggage and returned at almost 10 o'clock in the evening... The room is not big but it is clean."
Regalo Hotel Okayama
"Very, very satisfying experience. The breakfast is very rich and tastes great. Free drinks are provided. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. It is next to Okayama Station and there are supermarkets and many places to eat."
Hotel Trend Okayama Ekimae
"The hotel is right next to JR Okayama Station, with the station underground mall, AEON, Don Quijote nearby, and a convenience store downstairs, making shopping and dining very convenient. The room is small but has all the basic amenities, and I really like the multi-stage adjustable ceiling lights on the ceiling. The downside is that the table area is very small, and there is only one elevator that can enter and exit the hotel, so you have to wait for the elevator during peak hours."
