The location is excellent, just outside the west exit of Okayama Station, 1 minute walk, and 1 minute to get on the escalator from the airport bus. There are Japanese and Western breakfast options, we chose one as shown in the picture, and the rest are buffet. While eating, I was in a good mood watching the trains coming in and out of Okayama Station.

The location is really good. It's directly connected to JR, so it's convenient to go everywhere. The elevator next to GU on the 2nd floor is most convenient (as shown in the first photo).
The front desk speaks English and has a very good attitude.
I booked a single room. The view was very nice and refreshing.
