Best Hotels near JR Fukuwatari Station, Okayama

This hotel is set in a great location of Okayama, close to the shoutengai, Okayama castle and the JR station with lots of choice for food close by. Staff friendly and helpful. Would not recommend to use their car park or listen to the hotels advice on parking, we were quoted 2700¥ for a nights parking, when we took a look in the area we found parking for 900¥ for 24 hours. Room very nice if a little dated, lack of public ofuro was a little sad but what else to expect at this price. Bathroom a little small, but definitely ok again for the price. No breakfast offered or provided, so can’t really give any advice on this. However there is an amazing cafe around the corner that sells freshly made croissants 🥐 

Everything is perfect! Good location, impeccable service, cleanliness. It was nice to have access to a public bath and a massage chair. Thank you for the wonderful stay experience!

Location is best very close to station (1min by walk) and AEON Mall and other places are connected underground so don’t have to worry even if it is raining. I forgot to bring umbrella so worried to go to AEON Mall from there but underground way was the best. Breakfast cost you 3000 JPY might be slightly expensive but awesome have variety of choice.

Stayed on the first Saturday of a three-day weekend. In the morning, I planned to visit the Bikan Historical Quarter and stayed overnight without meals. However, the welcome drink peach juice was delicious, as well as the lactic acid bacteria drink and ice cream after the bath, and the free night naki soba from 9:30pm. Check-in was around 16:00, so we parked in the hotel's garage at the back and took a walk to explore the Bikan Historical Quarter. I like the hot springs. The service was perfect.

Because it is a love hotel, I think that many people go by car, but if you walk, it is about 20 minutes from the second niwase station by train from Okayama station. The room is a love hotel, but you can spend comfortably without a business hotel even if you stay alone. Depending on the room, the room I stayed this time is ”Kitty-chan” room, which is cute, has a large bath, and has a massage machine, so you can heal your body. Moreover, you can watch dramas and movies for free.

The sound of cleaning, the opening and closing of the doors, the windows, the footsteps of the staff, and the conversation are quite unconsidered. Some guests stay in the guest room for consecutive nights, so I thought it was necessary to take more consideration. It was summer vacation and the passage Because of the straight structure, children dash. This also sounds quite in the guest room. Centurion Hotel & Spa Kurashiki Station Wow, can they do rooms any smaller? I doubt they can! Superior Queen, more like Sub-par roomelet! 😰😰😰 Bathroom is for teenagers up to 16 years, but smaller size! Hot water flow, extremely slow, takes 30-45 minutes to fill bathtub Desk is what you give a 10 year old, bed is for vertically handicapped! Closet, none existing, Minibar fridge, didn’t even know they make such small size? Plus cooling, NOT cold Hotel elevator sign says, only 1 elevator, and NO STAIRCASE! Good luck in emergency Carpark, not available, but not entirely bad, 80 m walk, and covered, little discount by hotel WiFi, a little wonky & not too fast, sad in todays time & age, actually went off line twice within an hour! Really poor Ok, update, I formed Rezeption and they gave a Mobile WiFi router, must give them a 100 points for acknowledging the issue & being proactive! 👍🏻 With so many negatives and some positives, it’s only fair to highlight the amazing & friendly attitude of the Hotel Staff, they are giving their best with the product the have! Kudos to them! Breakfast, not bad, quite fresh, but all melanin and/or plastic except coffee cups!

First of all, access to convenience stores, supermarkets, beauty districts and restaurants is very good from the station. The hotel is still new and the view at breakfast is also seasonal and weather-dependent, but it is very good. I'm glad that coffee and tea can be freely drunk in the lounge on the 11th floor from check-in to 24:00. There are 6 washing places in the public bath. So it might be a little crowded during the sightseeing season. I felt that there were few elevators for the number of rooms. The room is a little larger than a business hotel, but you can open a large suitcase and put it under the bed. I didn't feel narrow because I was.

We used it for business. The front desk was empty around ２１ when we arrived. It is a little difficult to understand the entrance, but you will go up to ２ floor by elevator. (The entrance is closed at ２４, and then a card key is required) The elevator will always stop once on the ２ floor when you go up or down. Room clothes are not prepared in the room, so they are taken out of the locker equipped near the front desk. The room was highly confidential and the noise outside was blocked. There was also a humidifier, so there seems to be no worry about drying.

The best hotel in the back of the Mikan district. It is located at the site of Kurashiki daikansho. ● Room is beautiful because it has just been renovated. Air conditioning is comfortable. Especially Simmons' bed is the best. ● large bath The dressing room is narrow and the bathtub becomes dense during the busy period, so the best bath at 6:00 a.m. or 17:00 in the evening is recommended. ● Coin laundry only 2 units, so the busy period is very crowded. I can't use it even if I go around, so let's think first. ● Breakfast rich and satisfying. Especially Japanese food was good. Western food should be selected with a little more attention. It's boring. Cospa is not good, but a hotel full of retro feeling. Especially the passage through the back entrance to the Mikan district is fun. I hope you can put it as a candidate for accommodation. By the way, the closing of the Mikan district starts around 16 o'clock, so we walk early.
