The room the hotel gave us was seriously inconsistent with the picture we booked on Ctrip. The original picture showed a city view room with a row of windows that could see the view (Figure 6). The room was relatively large, but the actual room we were given was relatively small. The weird thing was that there was a big pillar in the middle of the room. The key point was that most of the window was gone, leaving only a little. What was even more outrageous was that the window looked out onto a wall balcony that blocked all the views.
