I would stay here every time I come to Oklahoma City for a job if the government can reimburse it. It is ideally located a few blocks from the downtown Bricktown community. I also love the relatively quiet environment and it is in the heart of the Bricodon community. Their new decoration perfectly combines historical aesthetics with modern technology. No matter what you order, the restaurant never disappoints you, and room service. The bar is always lively and there are plenty of good cocktails to choose from. I set a standard room so there is no refrigerator and microwave inside. I also don’t like to put these in the room. If you want a refrigerator and microwave, ask in advance. The pillows are very soft, and if you want something to use for the backrest, you may have to ask for it or carry it yourself.

The hotel is very grand. Although it is a bit old, it looks good in every aspect, especially the quality of the staff. The location of the hotel is also good, right in the city center, and there are shared bicycles nearby

We decided to stay somewhere different from our usual hotel when we visit OKC. We chose AC hotel for its location, price and pictures of the room. I did not absolutely hate it, but I would not be back. Our room was dirty. Upon arrival I can tell the room had not been cleaned enough between guests. The floor felt dirty on my bare feet. There was hair and dust on the window sill. Hair in the shower, shampoo streaks on the glass door and the toilet looked dirty too. On day of checkout, I dropped water and went to clean it with a towel and it was FILTHY! During my checkout I stopped to ask the receptionist a question about my valet fee and her tone was so rude, as if my question was stupid (and maybe it was) but damn girl, who pissed you off? Overall the experience was disappointing. Oh, but the Valet team was great!

Very convenient hotel, the hotel is located in a convenient neighborhood, next door is a large Mexican restaurant, opposite McDonald's, next to two gas stations.
Close to high speed, three or four minutes drive from Kentucky fast food, and seven minutes from Chinese cafeteria.
Very close to the shopping center, three minutes drive from Sam's Club.
The hotel's breakfast is full, and the room has plenty of hot water and heating.
We stayed several times because the hotel was very convenient for life and parking.
The hotel staff is amiable and responsive.
Also, the hotel is very cost-effective, less than $50/night, very affordable.
Highly recommend to friends with cars to stay at this hotel!

My family was in OKC for a sporting event. While others from the team chose to stay in Bricktown, we chose this location based on ease of parking. It ended up being the right choice. Our room was so spacious that 4 of us had more than enough room to move around. The bathroom was massive and came equipped with shampoo/conditioner/body wash, the closet was a huge walk in, and the room itself was very clean. Check-in was a breeze and the staff was very friendly. Several restaurants nearby! The pho place in front of the hotel was incredible. The only complaint that I have was that breakfast was lacking in quality. The eggs were rubbery and the sausage was cold, so we stuck to cereal each morning. But I truly care more about the cleanliness than the breakfast anyway, so that doesn’t take away from my stay in any way. Would definitely stay at this location again.
Our hotel is ready to serve you. Our service and amenities are superior, free hot breakfast buffet, large selection, indoor saltwater pool, fitness room, 24 hr Market, business ctr, meeting room and guest laundry. Conveniently located on Interstate 35 between Norman and OKC, we truly are just 20 minutes from Everything. To the south is Normans Univ. of Oklahoma, Riverwind Casino, HealthPlex and Johnson Controls. To the west is Will Rogers World Airport and OCCC. To the north is downtown OKC, go Thunder and Bricktown. To the east is Tinker Air Force Base, located in Midwest City OK. You will find shopping 2 miles south or walk to numerous area restaurants. Be suite to yourself and come experience the Springhill Suites of Moore.

The hotels general manager, Patel, made everything from checking in to checking out miserable. I work for Marriott. I know that the Marriott standard is to treat every guest like family. The goal is to make people want to come back. Her customer service skills are subpar, and if she doesn’t know how to treat another Marriott employee and their family, who showed nothing but kindness, I hate to think how she treats her employees that shes’s actually in charge of. Based on what I hear, it’s not well. The front desk employee, Liz, runs the place like a well oiled machine and should replace Patel immediately. She treats everyone who walks in the door like her best friend. She is the only reason I didn’t take my money elsewhere. And there are PLENTY of hotels within 5 miles of that place. As for the hotel itself, there’s not much to complain about. The hotel is clean and quiet. Breakfast is adequate. The rooms seem to be kept up. It’s probably the only reason, that and Liz, that people stay there. When you manage a hotel, you need to always keep in mind your guests are there for a variety of reasons. I had a sudden death in the family and had to fly home for a funeral. The last thing I needed to worry about was management treating my family members checking in with disrespect. And the last thing any of us needed at such a sensitive time was front desk staff taking out their lack of customer service skills on us. You never know what people are going through. Being nice to paying guests, and greeting them with a smile isn’t hard to do. The general manger could really use some training on how to run a hotel and to gain some people skills. She’s obviously miserable and you can clearly see on the faces of the employees that her lack of enthusiasm for the people who stay there is wearing thin the tolerance the staff has for the guests and their needs. It’s only a matter of time before people take their money elsewhere.

Outstanding
GGuest UserJust stayed here as part of my Route 66 trip and it was in the top 3 best hotels I’ve stayed on this trip. What a gorgeous boutique place this is—Hilton outdid itself with this Curio brand hotel. The lobby holds a cozy public sitting area, and all the people I encountered at the front desk were engaging, friendly, and helpful. (The lobby has this relaxing spa-like smell that sets a restful tone for your stay). The room was incredibly spacious and it was one of the few hotels post-Covid-19 that actually had pens and pads. The interior decorating in the Colcord has the feel of a high-end luxury hotel. My view overlooked a botanical garden, and walking the area felt safe. The attached restaurant, Flint, offered a varied menu (great food—my scallop appetizer was one of the freshest I’ve ever had in a land-locked state) and an incredibly friendly staff. I hope to stay here again, and I hope they maintain this level of comfort and service.
GGuest UserArrived around noon or so and James was very helpful in checking me in. Being Spire Elite I was upgraded to a suite. This suite has something I rarely see: a ceiling fan in the sitting area. A very nice feature to go along with AC (it was nearly 100 degrees outside at one point!). Weak water pressure was the only bad thing about the room. Full breakfast, good to see as some locations have still been slow to roll that out. The neighborhood is so-so around the area, but you have easy access to I-35 and I-40, as well as downtown only two or three miles away.
BBabiePeanut16405I booked a reservation for a 2 night stay and not one time while staying here did i have a problem with any of the staff members let alone everyone that was also staying here. They stay on top of keeping the everything clean. Anytime i would have a problem with something, I would have certain questions that i need to ask, if they would see that im struggling with certain things ( my luggage dropping on the floor, if my hands are overflowing an would need help with a extra pair of hands etc ) they would always be there to assist me. If there’s a time where i would feel that my safety could possibly be in jeopardy, they would walk with me all the way to my room makinf sure that ive gotten to my room safely and make sure that nobody was following me / know what room im in. The meals for breakfast would always be made fresh an not anywhere close to being expired. I would refer this hotel to anyone and everyone if they was in need of looking for a room.

GGuest UserOur room was clean and comfy. The manager the front desk the night we checked in was awesome breakfast was OK the only downside the pool and hot tub were not super clean and I’m pretty rundown shape. Location wasn’t great that we were there for but that was my fault and my search.
JJordan YoungThe room itself was okay besides the smoke alarm going off when the steam from the shower I took set it off. I couldn’t get to it until after my shower, and it was going off for the majority of the duration. There were cars in the parking lot playing super loud music, and there was a guy outside of my window working on his car from about 3am until around 7am. I won’t be staying at this location again, rather disappointing.
GGuest UserChecked in front desk attendants was rude. Went into room and first thing I noticed was a roach in the shower, and later two on night stand. Half of the lights in the room did not have light bulbs in them. Heat and air unit did not work properly only heated on full blast and would make a awful loud sound every ten minutes roughly when made sound it shut the tv off. pulled out the bed in the couch and there was a sheet with a big yellow stain in the middle of it and smelt horrible. Went down in morning for breakfast and it was crowded, no room yet if you try to walk away they chase you down to charge you ten dollars for leaving the six tables sitting there, as i was sitting eating there was two women next to us, and they had their dogs sitting right next to them feeding them the breakfast food from table, as they got up coughing i overheard them mention their covid test, next thing my wife and i know during stay we are sick and tested positive for covid and quarantined in horrible room fort ten days which hotel management did not do anything for my unpleasant hotel experience, then when i went to check out they kept my one hundred dollar cash deposit claiming there was a dirty towel yet when i left i handed my towels to the maids in the hall and carried my trash out, so i do not know where the tall blonde front desk attendant got the towel with whatever on it. Also there was an older attendant at night that was very unappropriate and rude more than most. This was the most horrible three and a half week stay in a hotel ever, also the hotel store where they sell pops, candy, some food, etc., they mark up over 200%!!!! the day time front desk clerk with blonde hair talks down like he is way better than everyone even to customers!! They also charge extra per person over two in room so not sure about how that works with children.
Ddavid rangeThe stay at this hotel is good cant complain. Only wishing my room had a microwave and fridge. The noise from the highway is annoying. The staff is friendly. In my opinion the beds are very comfortable. Love the water pressure that comes out when I shower.
GGuest UserDo not always believe what u read or hear about something or somewhere. I came to stay at the Days inn on NW Expressway, OKC until I could find a home and I have 2 dogs. They have helped me out more than any places ever has. They respect my privacy, they watch out for everyone that stays here, and they even hand out a candy bar or drink once in a while to the people passing by that may not have anywhere to go. I've never seen them treat anyone without respect and the. Name sure their to everyone. The rooms don't. Have bugs, they are pet friendly and don't forget breakfast every morning ? So take the time and join us at the Days Inn you won't have to worry about any crimes or bad people either. The rates are really good, and it's located in a spot that u can get food, go shopping, go to the park, or the hospitals. Convenience at its finest!
