It has been a great stay from day one, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, the facilities are great and very suitable for families and couples alike. The food is great and varied, the water park is so much fun, the entertainment is very nice, and the kids club is just perfect. Special thanks to Mr. Emre, Ms. Cansu, and Mr. Ozden.

The hotel is in an easily accessible location. From the moment you enter, Ms. Cansu communicates with you one-on-one and if there is any problem, she solves it immediately. The rooms are nice and big enough. The food is better than average and has plenty of variety. There is also an indoor pool of sufficient size. The variety of alcohol is really high and the bar staff, in order not to offend you, will open the bottle and offer it even if you have a glass of alcohol. If I were to come again, this hotel would be my only choice in this region.

Wir hatten einen absolut fantastischen Aufenthalt im Hotel! Vom ersten Moment an hat alles gepasst – von der Sauberkeit der Zimmer über das hervorragende Essen bis hin zur wunderschönen Anlage. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich jedoch Salih vom Animationsteam. Er hat seinen Job nicht nur hervorragend gemacht, sondern auch mit so viel Freude und Engagement, dass es richtig ansteckend war. Dank ihm hatten wir jede Menge Spaß und unvergessliche Erlebnisse. Salih hat das Animationsteam wirklich bereichert – ein echter Gewinn für das Hotel! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Отличный отель, очень рекомендую ! Чистые просторные номера, убирают каждый день, косметика, тапочки, халаты в ванной . Прекрасный ресторан, вме вкусно и большой выбор и мяса и рыбы и овощей и фруктов. Отличный алкоголь в барах, вкусный кофе ! По qr колу доставят напитки и на пляж и в лобби. И вообще отличный сервис ! Особенно большое спасибо хочу сказать личному ассистенту Камиле:) спасибо огромное за отдых ;)
