Fantastic hotel in a good location with excellent spa and wellness facilities! Comfy be and lovely shower!

Hotel was nice . Said 24 hour bar and it wasn't said 24 hour room service and it wasnt ringing though to get room service was a farce. No one answered for ages. Bar closed early like ghost town from 7pm in the hotel

Rooms are all different, sometimes you gonna get water and shower gel , sometimes you won’t. Not consistent

Good value for money. Had a lovely afternoon relaxing with the use of all the facilities. The deep tissue massage by Tammy was amazing and really helped me in feeling refreshed. First time here but would definitely like to come back, and would recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing treat.

The best experience ever. From start to finish the day was perfect. Treatments were absolutely gorgeous. Renew spa package good value for money. I felt like i was floating on a cloud. All the staff in the spa were helpful. Would highly recommend. Cant wait to book again.

The parking costs more than the hotel. Currently in an appeal with the parking company as the Mercure didn’t tell them I had free parking. After appealing with the parking company, they have said this is rejected as the hotel didn’t pass it on. The rooms were tired with a door in my room where I could hear everything the room next door were saying! Food was good to offer a balanced review, on nice grounds.

I went for a full body deep tissue massage with Diane. She was amazingly professional made me feel so comfortable and did a great job with my treatment. I would definitely go back based on my experience with her! Thanks Diane, you’re great! :)

5/5 fantastic environment and very welcoming staff, booked on a spa day and we was not disappointed, treatments was lush but I can’t quite remember the names of the lovely lady’s who did our massage and I had left the review card in my robe pocket, all spa staff walked around with lovely welcoming smiles and more than happy to help with anything that was needed! Deffo be back soon

We had our wedding here at the Norton grange on the 30th may and honestly was the best day we could have ever imagined. From start to finish the staff was amazing couldn’t do enough for us so helpful and accommodating. The food we had was outstanding and all our guests couldn’t talk about anything else of how good it was. Charlotte our wedding planner was always there to ensure we had everything we wanted and nothing was a problem. To the events manager Mark we stayed for a few days mark still made us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel. He was always making sure everything was ok and everything was perfect for us, even down to making my daughter bottles of milk at 1.30 in the morning. Our wedding was perfect in every way but the staff absolutely made it couldn’t ask for anything more even down to the bar staff to the reception staff. Definitely recommend doing your wedding here. Me and my husband have since booked a few tribute nights here as well purely down to the food and the staff are. We can’t wait for our next stay. Louise & Jordan Smallwood x
