This is a gem in the heart of Ollantaytambo! I came here after having experience a not-so-well checkin experience elsewhere, but Meda at the reception was so kind and accomodating. The checkin was smooth, the room is decent for a one-night stay (as I did) and the common areas are so beautiful! Besides the great mountain views, I was more impressed by their service during my checkout.
I had to leave way early to catch the train leading to Machu Picchu, which would have meant that i had to skip brekfast (included). In response, they Meda and her coworker prepared me a food bag with allt the essential for my trip. They didn't have to do that, but I was so glad they did.

Incredible hotel, everything within the expected service, super attentive staff, no need to use a car for anything, everything is done walking to the train station to Machu Picchu, just a few minutes away, several restaurants with great menus, which pleased me most about the 7 days I stayed in Ollantaytambo the people of the place treat you with affection ❤️

Incredible place, close to everything, you can do everything by walking to the train station to Machu Picchu ten minutes, many restaurants with great menus, I stayed in Ollantaytambo for 7 days and will be back soon, of course staying at this beautiful hotel ❤️

100% recommended. The place is wonderful, incredible views, everything surrounded by mountains, super spacious, breakfast included, a very large garden and all the rooms around it. The treatment of the people is super friendly. There is a lot of peace. To relax it is the ideal place.

I loved staying at this hotel, mainly because of its beautiful garden where I could relax in a hammock, watch the sky and the mountains and read my book. The bed was super comfy and thanks to its location the room was nicely quiet. I slept like a baby. The staff is always smiling, is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

I had a great time at the hotel. The people were nice. Wish there weren’t so many stairs. Other than that it was a great hotel. Good breakfast. Good room with a nice bed and pillows. Would reccomend this hotel.

It's a lovely family run hotel and they try to make sure you have a pleasant stay and help where they can. The rooms are basic, but comfortable and the shower was hot. Very good breakfast made fresh for each guest. Very good location close to the main square and market. Wonderful views and courtyard if you need somewhere to just chill and read a book.
