來白馬滑雪，應該是當地住宿條件最好的酒店了。服務很不錯，貼心周全。房間寬敞舒適，還可以看到雪山。屋內就有温泉，對公共浴室感到尷尬的人很友好。（但我很推薦這家的大浴場，清晨面對雪山泡澡，非常舒適）餐食也很豐富，我住了四晚，每天都不重樣。
酒店可以預約去白馬五龍雪場的巴士，預留座位，也有專門的乾燥室存放雪具，很方便。
特別喜歡地爐區，每天都提供烤野菜丸子，熱清酒，紅豆湯，雪天窩在地爐邊吃東西，暖暖的，非常棒！

環境：羣山環繞，美不勝收，我們主要來滑雪，滑完雪泡個温泉簡直不要太舒服。有到滑雪場的專車，我們是自己租車，離Happone 開車半小時。
衞生：非常乾淨
服務：我們的車在離開的那一天壞了，酒店的一個美女小姐姐非常熱心的幫我們解決了問題，全程陪我們給租車公司打電話溝通，各種嘗試，直到解決問題，大概搞了2個小時，耽誤了她的工作時間。走的時候想要説聲謝謝她已經去做housekeeping了，可惜都沒有問到她的名字。據説不是星野集團最高端的連鎖，服務超超超五星。員工大部分英文不太好，但都很耐心的在努力溝通，有翻譯軟件，所以我不覺得是個問題。其他各種細節入微。非常驚艷。
第一次入住界，已經想着下一次再去了！

滿意的服務，舒適的温泉，唯一如果沒有活動安排的話酒店是不提供午餐的。可以搭巴士去信濃大町逛逛覓食，吃到了好吃的天婦羅和豬排飯。酒店服務員也會關心的問候午飯是怎樣解決的。

Overall very good service. The food there was great also.
The only issue was the hot water at the on Sen was not hot enough and the dining area is quite loud; baby crying, foreigner shouting.
