"This is a family hotel, the decoration is very Japanese-style and relatively new; the room has a Hemu hot spring; but the air conditioner is very old and does not match the room. A few minutes walk from the station, but this is really a village, there are one or two small restaurants at the station, no convenience stores. They are very polite with traditional Japanese service, but no one speaks English and communication is very difficult. In addition, I think whether it is breakfast or dinner, it is surprisingly bad. They probably don't hire a chef, just do it at home."

"The hotel is strategically located in front of the Shinano Omachi station and also bus station to Ogizawa. Within walking distance there is supermarket where you can buy dinner, Daiso and drugstore. Their breakfast is buffet style and has variety of choices (Japanese + Western). It has 5 washing machines (washing+dryer) and another 1 machine for women only. It has a public bath too. There is only 2 lifts but it is fast so no long wait. The room is clean and has all the necessities provided. Perfect stay for those who intend to go Ogizawa in early morning (breakfast buffet starts at 6:30am and the next bus is 7:05am). You can send your luggage to Dentetsu Toyama station for 4000yen per piece at the hotel reception."

"The hotel's location is quite remote. The staff's service attitude was mediocre, and there's no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage downstairs when checking out. They didn't provide bottled water in the room; for three people, we only got one cup of lukewarm water. During breakfast, no water or milk was offered, and there was no coffee or dessert after the meal. Dinner was also very simple. Both the toilet and bathroom in the room were tiny, and the public bath was small too. Overall, the value for money is low, and I won't be staying here again."
