Route Inn is an image with a big road, but this is a hotel in an old-fashioned hot spring town. I think it is good that the hot spring is only a source hanging. I personally thought it was wet. There are many business trips and more than three times a month, I stay at a 々 hotel with accommodation, but Mr. Root Inn is the impression of a cheap hotel that can stay safely. Personally, breakfast is not suitable for taste, and it is positioned to use when other facilities are not empty. It is not delicious to be honest, and the venue is too narrow to touch the next person, so the person who is not used to it may be painful. It may depend on the fact that it has been operated since ancient times, but the age of the staff is quite higher than other hotels. I think there is a taste, but if you are looking for a cheap and safe hotel, I think you can use it.

The staff were kind, but as a hotel management, I felt disloyalty far from conscience even if I saw only the above ２ points in advance.

I used it late the night before because I had a business from the morning of the next day. It is a very ordinary business hotel. There is no need or no need. What I thought was not necessary was breakfast. This time, I was able to stay at a fairly cheap price in the plan with breakfast, but 1200 yen is too high with that quality. The meal itself is also rough, but the distance from the next seat is narrow, and there is no partition with acrylic plates, so it is a distance that is concerned in the crowded time zone. It may be a setting that doesn't talk during meals, but the venue is small, so the distance from the next door is too close, and I hesitated to use it. It was good to have a paper cup so that you can bring coffee back to the room. Parking is supposed to use the municipal parking lot next door, but it is more convenient to park on the third floor connected to the deck of the station for those with a lot of luggage.

The parking lot is large, so I often stay on business trips. When I was in the corona, I was quiet and lonely, but this time the parking lot was crowded and his 々 was lively. When I checked in at 5:30 in the evening, the room was not ready yet, so please wait at the coffee shop. I wonder why I can't enter the room at this time! I was a little angry, but ... The hotel staff guided me as soon as the room was ready, but he was flat and bowed, guided the customer, and moved around as quickly as possible. The manager also apologized to each customer, and all the hotel staff managed to guide you quickly! I felt that. If you think about it, if a hotel with such a large box suddenly becomes full with travel support, there is no reason why there is enough manpower. It's not in the city center, it's in the countryside. Meanwhile, when I see the staff running around and doing their best, I want to stay again, let alone complain. I thought.

Less than 5 minutes walk from JR station, my moderate twin room is very spacious and comes with a work desk. Beddings are very comfortable and plenty of amenities are provided. They even have complimentary supper service at night. We didn't get to try the breakfast but they look great with a lot of varieties. This is a great place to stay in Matsumoto.

~7min walk from Matsumoto station with many food options nearby, on usual days. We went on 31 Dec to 1 Jan and the streets were empty; shops were 99% closed, except for Parco / big malls. Hotel staffs were super helpful and friendly. I loved the shoe locker concept at the main entrance of the hotel; you lock your shoes and go barefooted around the hotel. Hotel staff assisted to check on available restaurant opening hours, as well as reservation on 31 Dec since we weren't sure if places were open. Onsen (both indoor and outdoor) was the best, coupled with complimentary laundry facility (dryer at 100yen). Shampoo and body wash were all available for use. There are vending machines at the common area outside the bathroom. Complimentary ramen at night (do check with the hotel on the timing). Soba over new year's countdown at midnight was yummy. Wonderful overall experience. Will explore Onyado in other cities in future!

Great location, super convenient to train station. In addition, there is a nearby 7-11 which allows for quick purchase of essential supplies. The hotel provides washer and dryer for guest to clean their clothes which is good at affordable pricing. Only downside is the room is really small but that is the norm is Tokyo, will get used to it.

This is basically the commodization of hotels at its finest. We had four of us staying in a hotel room meant for two at a reasonable price because we were only there for two nights. Some people might complain about the squishiness or the room missing some home comforts but it truly fitted purpose fine - you get what you pay for. As noted, the hotel is incredibly convenient to the train station. Computerized check-in system, but the staff walked me through it by hand. They'd forgotten to set up the sofa bed in the first room they gave us, but when we bridged the language gap (I was asking for sheets for the sofa bed I'd then set up, which was the wrong question) they moved us into the same room with the bed already set up with sheets. They were very pleasant to deal with. When looking for somewhere to stay without breaking the bank in Nagano, I would happily stay here again.

We stayed here for a couple of nights and it was a really clean and comfortable hotel and just a 7 minute walk from Nagano Station, a 7 minute walk to bus stop 23 for the Snow Monkey Park and close to a variety of restaurants and bars. It is also 15/20 minutes to Zenko-Ji which is a beautiful Buddhist temple and well worth visiting. We didn’t have breakfast included during our stay but other guests said that it was really good. Our room was really clean, spacious and comfortable with a firm mattress, a tv, toiletries and a kettle. In reception you can help yourself to teas, coffee and other toiletries for free which was helpful. The staff were really friendly and patient as we don’t speak Japanese. Our room was next to the railway line but the sound proofing was excellent and it was so quiet and we had two good nights of sleep. A comfortable and clean hotel that is conveniently located for exploring Negano.
