На улице 37 градусов, а в номере не работает кондиционер, сначала обещали переселить, потом отремонтировать, в итоге ничего. Принесли после скандала на ресепшене воды и грязный и пыльный вентилятор, но даже если некуда селить, за 2 суток нельзя починить кондиционер? Спали под шум от дороги с открытыми окнами, с шумом вентилятора, который разносит пыль и светом, потому что если его выключаешь, выключается вентилятор!!! Но и это от ЖАРЫ не спасает, а САМОЕ ГЛАВНОЕ ЧТО ТУРЕЦКАЯ ДЕЛЕНАЦИЯ ВАЖНЕЕ!!! Хотя обещали переселить и даже перенести вещи, привыкли людям верить на слово, а тут!!! Кошмар!!! Ужас!!!

Добрый день! Никогда не писала отзывы, но тут решила написать. Отель ужасный. Приехала в командировку. В номере нет средств для мытья, вода вечно ледяная, что каждый день приходилось закаляться. Больше сюда не приеду

Кухня хорошая, но не отличная! Ремонт в номерах старый, шкафов для вещей нет. Обслуживание номеров отвратительное: допускаются случаи необеспечения средствами гигиены и чаем, оставление грязной посуды, неуборкой мусора. Проживал длительный срок, поэтому данные факты сразу бросаются глаза. Как-то пришёл с ночной прогулки в 2 часа ночи, традиционно перед сном решить выпить чай с мёдом, но пакетика чая, которым ежедневно должен комплектоваться номер, не оказалось. Позвонил на ресепшен, где мне предложили спуститься к ним и взять чай. Делайте выводы о сервисе. Расположение отеля отличное.

Хороший отель не смотря на стандартную планировку ибисов вполне можно двигаться в номере. Отсутствие туалетных принадлежностей огорчает. Нов целом удобно расположен в центре. До основных достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. При этом достаточно разумная цена.

Очень неплохой отель, хоть номера и не большие, но чисто, тепло, тихо. Вежливый, приятный персонал. Завтраки вполне достойные, один день были вафли, это очень хорошо. По локации отель удобно расположен в центре. Для командировок самое то. Минус это отсутствие гелей и шампуней в маленьких тюбиках.

Чистый, уютный номер. Немного прохладно. В номере тихо. Вкусный и недорогой ресторан. Отличное место для мини перезагрузки. Минус - отсутствие парковки для гостей отеля, в вечернее время проблематично поставить машину рядом с отелем, приходится искать место.

Отель очень удачно расположен, рядом - центр города, филармония, музей, набережная, масса кафе и магазинов. Внутри гостиницы всегда очень чисто, в номере комфортно работать вечерами. Хорошие завтраки и ужины. Выше всяких похвал работа персонала на ресепшен - исключительные профессионализм и клиенториентированность, ответственность и драйв❤️. Передаю благодарность руководителю отдела ресепшен, а также его менеджерам - Виталию и Виолетте!
