"Terrible customer service, the front desk staff were extremely rude and unwelcoming. The internet was non-existent, wifi was only connecting in the reception area. They tried charging me for the tea and sugar that was in my room. I ended up buying my own groceries. I don't know if the management had changed or what happened but I had much better experience here in 2022. This was my second time staying here and it was terrible. Please find a different place to stay because here they will try charging you for anything and everything, while also passive aggressively speak down to you. Luckily, I was in the city only 2 days, couldn't wait to leave!"

"I was in Omsk on a trip and decided to stay in this hotel. Of the pluses - good and clean rooms. Adequate price. Good and relatively cheap restaurant. There is a good grocery store nearby. Quiet and calm as the hotel behind Irtysh and the active movement here is not available as such (remember - it was February). From the downside - all the few sights of Omsk are on the other side of the river and to them it is necessary to go. Although taxi costs adequate money and it's not a problem). Also don't wait here for a pool and spa complex. There's a sauna, there's a gym (not visited). Like everything."
