Приехал на один день в Омск. Забронировал гостиницу Шато с ранним заездом. Обычно ранний заезд включает завтрак в день заезда и на следующее утро. Мне сразу на ресепшн сказали, что включено один завтрак. В номере очень холодно, как в холодильнике. Поставили обогреватель, который еле согревает номер, в ванной по прежнему холодильник. Я вернулся в номер около 16:00, этажом выше шел ремонт. В номере жуткий шум от сверления, пиления и т.д.. Зачем заселять в номер, где заведомо известно, что проходят ремонтные работы. Впечатление ужасное. Никому не советую.

Хороший сервис, отзывчивый персонал, чистота, прекрасные завтраки. Стоит немного обновить ремонт, но вообще довольно оригинально и симпатично. Часто бываю в разных отелях, поэтому к необычным интерьерам отношусь положительно, все же какое-то разнообразие. Расположение не очень, гулять негде, магазинов нет. Или сидеть в отеле, или ехать в центр

Добрый вечер., если его можно назвать добрым. Заказывали столик заранее, одним условием было что нужна живая музыка, но получилось как всегда посадили в зал где живой музыки нет. Очень хотелось бы чтоб у вас работали более квалифицированные работники.

Отвратительное обслуживание, в разрезе раннего завтрака: приготовили бутерброд с чесночным майонезом, яблоко, апельсин- ок. На просьбу дать воды или чай, ответ платно- ок. Сколько стоит? И тут ответ совсем убил: «рублей 200-300 нормально»?
