I wanted to eat spiny lobster, but the manager, I think?, kept saying things like "spongib is expensive" and "abalone is cheap" even though I hadn't mentioned the cost. I felt like he was taking advantage of me, not knowing if he wanted to recommend something or if he thought I didn't have money, and I really didn't like it. He was also very blunt and condescending, and when he explained the accommodation, he said it like he was scolding me, which I didn't like. We had meals in our room, and although there was a lot of sashimi, I felt that there was very little that was locally caught. Other than that, it was average. There is no elevator, so I don't recommend it for people with bad legs. The futon is very thin and hurts your back. To be honest, I don't think you should order breakfast. Most of it is pre-made and cold. It's one of the few places I don't want to go to again.

I visited on a Saturday. The room is on the 4th floor, and there are stairs, so it's a bit of exercise. The room has a toilet, but no washroom, so you wash your hands and brush your teeth in the washroom in the hallway. From the window, you can see Onjuku Beach and the many surfers. It's a very relaxing place. There are two baths, which can be reserved for private use if they are available. The water is black hot spring, which is common in the Kanto region. It feels smoother than other black hot springs, and it warms you up very well. It feels great. The food here is amazing, including a boat-shaped sashimi platter, and not only is it delicious, but the portions are also amazing. In Tokyo, it would cost more than 10,000 yen per person. It's been a while since I've stayed at a guesthouse, and it was a very nice place.
