Onna Hotels with Airport pickup service

A rather old hotel which desperately needs remodeling. The bed covers were old and stained, totally disgusting! We had to ask the housekeeping to change into different bedding sheets twice! The bathrooms are also out of date with poor quality washing basins. The furniture in the room were old, damaged and carpet badly stained.

Excellent hotel.. Beautiful sea side resort and very well maintained. Room size is excellent. Beautiful sun set view from every room. everything is well thought out for travellers down to allowing the guest to check the laundry status via room TV. Gift shop provides all the necessary amenities such as shipping box for packing your shopping. Will definitely stay here again if coming back to Okinawa.

Hyatt Regency Okinawa Seragaki Location - 8/10: The hotel is located approximately 1 hour's drive from Naha Airport, and there aren't many restaurants or shops in the immediate vicinity. Service standard - 8.5/10: The front office staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. However, there might be room for improvement in the breakfast service, as it seems they may be understaffed. Enhancing the service level or hiring more staff would be beneficial. Room - 10/10: The rooms are spacious and appear to be new. It seems that all the rooms offer a fantastic sea view. Parking - 10/10: The parking area is available for a reasonable fee of 1000 yen per day. It is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away from the hotel and has ample parking spaces. Additionally, the hotel provides frequent transport service between the hotel and the parking area. Environment - 10/10: The surroundings are well-maintained, and the facilities are clean and in good condition. Kid-friendly - 10/10: The hotel is exceptionally child-friendly. Upon check-in, the front office staff provided my son with a kid pack, and the facilities are thoughtfully designed to cater to children's needs. We didn't have meals in the room, but we can also borrow electrical appliances, so if you have a small child, I think it would be nice to have a good plan. Refrigerator (with freezer) microwave oven, kettle pot and Dolce are fully equipped. You can also rent a rice cooker and a set of tableware, but it may not be possible if you don't have inventory. And up to ４ points per room. We recommend that you check the support items in advance. There was a day bed on the veranda, and I took a nap if it wasn't cold (laughs) I'm working on any hotel now, but of course I refused cleaning. I usually get a １０００ yen hotel coupon, but now I get a ２０００ yen hotel coupon. You can replenish towels, amenities, and collect garbage! We got ４０００ yen in ２ days. The Kafu is very conscientious because other hotels do not change towels or replenish equipment! Meals include Japanese food in the annex building and Western food in the hotel building. They also serve a cart, but I walked trembling and went to Japanese food. Pork shabu-shabu! !! We have a pot with soup on the table, so we take vegetables and meat and shabu-shabu. If you are more than ３ people, you will prepare a pot ２, so if you divide it into vegetables and pork, you can eat it deliciously without being disturbed by the accent. The sauce is sesame and ponzu. There are also Ryukyu cuisine, so you can have a fun meal that you can't think of as a breakfast. The next day, I lost the cold and made it a Western food in the hotel building. I'm glad I came ～ !! It's delicious here too! The number of items is not large, but it is carefully made. Red potatoes are delicious. I went there the next day, but the soup changed to minestrone to clam chowder. You can also make taco rice and bagel sandwiches. There are also many toppings. The staff here are very friendly. There was a deli on the ２ floor of the hotel building. Unfortunately I never used it, but it looked very delicious. I will eat next time! BBQ blue is also the best. I used it for my daughter's birthday celebration, but I was delighted to have a birthday plate with incense fireworks. I have already booked ４ Moon, ５ Moon, but location, price, especially meals! I found the best hotel.

Resort was fully equipped with many facilities though several comes at an additional cost. Room is spacious with a balcony and offers a great ocean view. Only downside is side is limited food options in the area in the evening so most opt to dine in the hotel’s restaurant.

We were a little disappointed with this hotel when we arrived as there was not much else around. eg no convenience store or restaurants in walking distance that we could see. Despite a large carpark we had to pay to use it. Our room was on the ground floor so no sea view. We did investigate the stunning little beach the next day. The room was perfectly clean and adequate but it was showing signs of wear and tear. The breakfast was fine but certainly not as good as others we had on our trip. We did not eat at the restaurant as we had our own car and ended up microwaving convenience food. This hotel is fine for a night or two .

When I went there, I was worried about whether it would be too old after reading the reviews. In fact, I went. For friends like me who are not very demanding, I thought it was very good. I just followed the lights and the torches at the door to find the hotel, and luckily the taste was not bad. There is a Lawson at the door, which has become our designated shopping mall. When we missed a meal, we bought a lunch box at Lawson, which was also delicious. Transportation: We went on a chartered day trip, traveling all the way from Kokusai Street to the hotel. When we returned, we took the hotel's shuttle bus back to the city. The shuttle bus has a timetable and is booked in advance for a fee. The hotel shuttle bus goes from the terminal to the airport and passes through the city. We got off the bus halfway. Facilities: The room is quite satisfactory. Some cabinet doors fell off when touched, but it is still very clean and tidy. The sea in the hotel is beautiful, the glass sea, and there are various recreational facilities. Even if we went in winter, it was too cold and we didn't play. The children dug in the sand. The downside is that when you look at the pictures, it shows that the beds can be put together, but they cannot be put together on site. In addition, the floor location of the room booked by Ctrip was not very good.

It turned out to be a resort built in 1975. The overall maintenance is very good, the scenery is pleasant, the beach is fine, the room facilities are not old, it is very quiet to live on the fourth floor, the breakfast is also ok, the holiday atmosphere is good, but some front desk staff's English is not good, and it took several staff members to figure out the problem about the airport bus. The airport bus stops at the hotel gate. If you need to take the bus back to the airport, you can buy the ticket directly at the front desk one day in advance.

Your options at the hotel are dependent on what “level” you have which is dependent on how many nights you stay (?) and what color card you are given to wear around your neck. This information is based on our family having stayed five nights with a gold card. Pros – Nice beach, free lounge chairs and umbrella (gold card), free breach towels, free activities such as the banana boat ride (gold card), and the “glass bottom boat ride (gold card), free mask and snorkel for both adults and kids! The two buffets were nice. We went to the first floor on the first day, the second floor (gold card) buffet on the remaining days for breakfast. Fluffy pancakes, raspberry French toast, eggs benedict which were not offered on the first floor. Great view of the ocean, nice, clean room, and friendly staff. Very helpful. Cons – you have to line up in the morning to book any activity, only two per family unless you get back in line. Well, the Japanese love to line up, for hours, so enjoy the wait. Only two computers for booking and maybe and maybe several hundred rooms at the hotel? Same with the buffet, on both floors. Enjoy the wait! The free beach towels were only offered at the inside pool, but you can take them to the beach. Why so far away from the beach? Finally, the outside pool closes at 5:00 PM! Sunset is not until 7:00 PM! This is ridiculous! And if you swim in the ocean, no life jacket required. If you use a mask, no life jacket required. If you use fins, no life jacket required. However, the moment you use a snorkel, you must wear a life jacket. Not sure how to explain that. What I hate about this hotel is the animals they have locked up in tiny cages. A wallaby in a cage the size of a bathroom. Sea turtles locked up in small pools. Tiny pools. African turtles in small enclosures. Exotic birds in small cages, dolphins locked up, and manta rays locked up. Not fun to see that at all and everyone seems unsympathetic to their plight.

A hotel with a little surprise. Lawson is less than 20 meters across the street. There is also a coffee shop opposite the hotel where you can have brunch. It is very good. The hotel is very cost-effective. The only bad thing is that the check-out is very early. You have to check out before 10 o'clock. I played for a while and the staff knocked on the door violently. After negotiation, I was charged 1,000 yen for a one-hour delay in checking out.
