I am guest at espinas hotels for a year at two their hotels in tehran The staffs are vey nice, professionals and kind Every request from our side will approve at a short time very kindly. I recomend these hotels to every one who comes to Iran. Specially The personals at receptions desk, the bell boys and coffee shops are vey warm, kind and with a friendly mood. Thanks to all of them.

The mid mgm and the housekeeping staff and specialy the door man ”EBI” is great at what he does. The roon service is great ....food is tasty and good portions. The breakfast can be better, because the food is usually cold and doesn't meet the health code standard. I will not recommend use of hotel taxi service, because some of their drivers are dishonest and overcharge customers.

I've written enough about the hotel in my last review. In this review, I would like to thank the receptionists. Special thanks to Ali who was so helpful, sociable, approachable and sincere. Keep it up.

This hotel is as antique as it is historical. It's a modern hotel, but the atmosphere was nice. Returning after 11 years Feelings are new The room was spacious and the breakfast was good This is a hotel I want to stay again next time

I am tour guide and for 1 night I had to stay in an other hotel far from my guests. I was in Enghelab hotel which is too old building. first of all I could read my name on reservation list and showed my ID card but reception had told me, no it's not enough and you need to show voucher. in that time internet was cut off. after a while I have checked-in and room was too hot and old. the other thing is toilet's flush was not working well and when I took shower I don't know from where but water floating on the ground, it was awful situation. even during check-out receptionist was so proud of himself didn't talk even one word and I had to ask him giving back my card. the only positive point was breakfast that I enjoyed it.

The hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and many attractions can be directly reached by subway. Living in this hotel is convenient for tourists traveling freely. Hotel breakfast is relatively simple.

Everything was excellent except the internet was very poor inside the rooms. فندق جميل ونظيف والعاملين فيه متعاونين جدا وخدمة ممتازة والافطار متنوع . فقط الانترنت كان ضعيف جدا داخل الغرف وكان ذلك مزعج جدا ياحبذا لو .ادارة الفندق تعالج الامر
