Staff service is good. I love the hot spring.
Room is clean but only hot air so we ask for open window. There is no TV in the room so We often hear noise from upstairs.

It was very clean and perfect. There is no TV in the room, so I guess I have to be creative in how I spend my time. Unfortunately, there are not many places to eat nearby. Especially since I had small grandchildren with me, it was even more difficult to find a store. When I walked to the store (10 minutes) that the hotel staff told me about, I found out that it was closed...I ended up going back the same way I came.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the sandals and basket bags were convenient. You can always get new towels at the counter. The bath is not big, but there is a sauna, which was very nice. We had dinner at Azumi, and the food was of a very high standard. The inside of the building was also wonderful, so we highly recommend it.
