Amazing hotel in an amazing location very clean quiet and good amenities I was really impressed with the service and the staff I felt like they went above and beyond it was a great stay the rooms were clean the beds were very soft in the bathroom was plenty big enough for me and my two small children 

I had never gone on a trip for more than a week. This trip was for 2 1/2 weeks. So, I packed for a year. LOL😄😄😄 I felt so bad for the staff because they were so kind to help me with my luggage. Thank you for being so patient. My luggage was so heavy. When I weighed my luggage it the airport, one weighed 9 lbs over recommended weight. So, I just want to apologize to your staff. Thank you!!!

Ok no more then ok

The hotel service attitude is very good. We are a family trip. The hotel also has a swimming pool, which is convenient for children to play.

The hotel looks high-end, but the facilities are a bit old. It doesn't look like a resort hotel. Generally speaking, it is not suitable for business or short stay.

Overall OK, bedding is poor

The hotel is too big. I was afraid of getting lost even when I was at the front desk going to the room. The service attitude of the restaurant in the hotel is not very good.

The room is very big and very satisfying

The room is clean and hygienic, the service is also good, and the little braids on the front desk lady's head are impressive! There is also a swimming pool where many tourists are swimming. And the deepest impression is that it is big and there are many rooms. I really don't know how they manage it. I admire it! 👍

Went for my son's 35 birthday and everything was excellent!! Staff, rooms, breakfast area, dance hall! The only thing I missed is not getting in the pool since my sons birthday is in FEBRUARY!! URGH. It was my second visit there and just as good as the first. Defiantly will go again.

The property itself is fine. If you book through ******* and have hilton rewards, make sure you know you cannot use your resort credit if you don’t book through the hotel. I was told I had resort credit when I checked in so I used it every day. I got the bill and did not receive the credit since I booked through *******. I do feel like I was lied to since I didn’t even know I had credit to begin with. Please double check with the hotel if they ever mention rewards.

Great location very close to airport, hotel has a restaurant (Porter Steak House) and a night club (Misty’s Lounge) inside… BIGGEST 👎 to me but not much of a big deal is that the hotel will charge you $17 for parking

As a disabled guest, I sent my wife in to register for us while I remained in the car in the temporary parking space because all three of the non-hotel shuttle disabled spaces were taken. I sent her in with my identification and credit card. The registration clerk would not let her check in, even after speaking to me on the phone. It was only after my wife insisted on speaking to a manager that we were able to check in. I’ve practiced law in this county for 20 years and this is the only time and place that this has ever happened.
