"The rooms were nice, service was impeccable from the front desk to the restaurant and bar, the problem that I had was the first day my room keys were canceled, the third day my keys again didn’t work, and my final night my room keys quit working and could not be fixed so I had to get an escort to my room to be let in every time I left. Every staff member was eager and always willing to help. They were great."

"This hotel was pretty clean minus the fact that there was hair on the sheets and on the sink by a towel. When I checked in the man at the front desk was very rude. He was upset because I booked online and started yelling that he was the boss and I can go somewhere else, even though I fully paid for the room . I did nothing to provoke this type behavior. And we all know sometimes when you book online, you can’t get your money back. "

"Airport transfer service, large room, clean towels, bath towels, bed sheets, and quilts. Breakfast exceeded expectations and was satisfactory! The air conditioner was loud because it was near the airport, and the noise from planes taking off and landing was loud. It was very convenient to get to the airport in 5 minutes"

"I was shocked by the condition of this property. The room smelled bad, was dirty, worn out, and poorly maintained. The furniture was scratched and damaged, the bathroom and toilet area were dirty and deteriorated, the walls and baseboards needed cleaning and repair, and the window area was in terrible condition with what appeared to be makeshift pieces being used around it. This wasn't simply an older hotel that could use some updating. There is a difference between dated and neglected, and this property felt neglected. I would not stay here again, and based on our experience, I cannot recommend this property"

"The rooms in American hotels of this price are basically simple and old, which is nothing to complain about, but the bed in the room did not have any odor, which was good. Since I arrived early at 12 noon, I was supposed to check in at 3 o'clock, but I explained to the front desk that my luggage was heavy. Anyway, there was an empty room, so she opened a room for me in advance, which was very satisfactory."

"It's very close to Ontario Airport, and if you reserve a free shuttle, it will run every 30 minutes. They serve breakfast from 5am, so I was able to fill my stomach a little even though I had an early morning flight. The room was clean, but it did smell like cigarettes."

"You can only choose a few things for breakfast, and it's only available at 7:30 at the earliest... At 7 o'clock, you only have coffee and a few slices of bread... The bread slices are toasted and dry! Communicate with the front desk early and we need to go to the kitchen to find someone! The air conditioner is very loud! The service is very poor! It’s hard to imagine a Sheraton with such service, breakfast, and environment!"

Parking at the hotel is very convenient, and it is safer to see security guards patrolling the parking lot at night to prevent thieves."
