"Room had a funky smell and windows were filthy. There was a note under task from April saying rooms would not be freshened due to labor shortage. 7 weeks later no remedy. Negates one of the reason fro staying in a hotel Bathroom had half doors; knob fell off without me noticing. I stepped on it and slid. Fortunately was able to catch myself before falling. There was no remote for tv so had to call for one. Once it arrived tv didn't work; it had been disconnected. Maintenance came relatively quickly both times"

"The environment is okay and the hotel is large. Lots of rows. Close to the airport and Ten Gate Outlet. When I got to the room, I found that the toilet was broken. I called someone to fix it quickly. The coffee bag is open, it's leftover from the previous customer... Breakfast is simple, eggs, waffles, yogurt, fruit, and coffee."

"I only spent a night here and had to wake up in the middle of the night for a flight. Check-in was easy. The bed was comfy. I got to the Ontario airport in less than 10 minutes. There was an abundance of towels and the shower worked well."
