Economy Inn - Ontario Airport

Staff was really friendly and helpful, but the room condition...left a lot to be desired. I know the housekeeper tries her best, but the rooms have stains *everywhere*. The chair had stains of white...and I won't go into what that means. Almost every towel they gave me had black stains on it. Honestly the management really needs to invest money in replacing the linen. There were also the occasional roaches as well, and absolutely no sign of traps anywhere.

I felt extremely unsafe throughout the experience. I arrived to the motel and I noticed the area around it had many people drinking, passed out in cars, and smoking. I have four kids and felt uncomfortable staying there. I arrived at my room with my door open as it had just been cleaned. The walls were dirty, had holes in them, and the fire alarm was missing. Along with that the door would not close or lock. In order for it to close we had to pull up and push hard. When it closed the lock didn’t work. I felt unsafe staying in there without the lock. We tried talking to the staff (only one person was there) about it and they said that as long as the door closed it was safe. We asked for our money back but he said that his manager was out of town and he couldn’t do anything about the situation. He then proceeded to say his manager would be back at night and that we could leave. They would “try their best” in order to get our money back but all that we could do was leave without a guarantee that we would get our money back. Overall the experience was terrible and unsafe.

The manager knows that the does not lock in or out still he checked me in. There is whole in the wall. One of the bed was broken. The room was too dirty. The comforters were worn out.

I've seen a roach in every room that I've been in at this place .... The skinny gentleman in the morning is incompetent... No one's ever there to assist in the morning .... And the same person in the morning stares at kids... Acts like a creep ... The works are the best ,they go above and beyond there work title ...

The motel room was dirty and falling apart, there was water damage on the ceiling the bathroom door was broken and coming apart. It wasn't worth the price
