Great service

BEWARE!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would! The general manager Michael is creepy and made multiple advances at my fiancé whenever I was not there and would leave for work. We originally had reservations for $75.99 a night with a single queen bed, the manager upgraded us to the deluxe room because he felt bad that there would be 3 of us including our 8 year old daughter, in one bed. He said it would just be for one night until our reservation was sorted out. The deluxe room was $180 a night he gave it to us for $105 a night we were grateful but Never asked for that kind of discount. I guess he thought he could squirm his way in with my fiancé by giving out unwanted favors when paying everyday. Everyday coming back here she told me how he said he would make a good “side piece” and calling her sexy, disgusting and disrespectful. Everyday while she was trying to get ready for work he would call for absolutely no reason just to talk to her. Michael even invited her to hang out by the broken pool as she was getting ready for work, she declined and told him she’s running late for work he still proceeds to stop her in the lobby. My fiancé told me she was so uncomfortable going into the lobby because he wasn’t taking no for an answer. She says “he’s going to be angry that I rejected him and kick us out” which is exactly what he did! The day after she didn’t meet him at the pool. I left for work as usual and she went to pay and that’s when all hell broke loose, he yelled at her in front of all the other guests and staff and told the lady at the front desk to kick us out when he knew I was at work and my fiancé had to be at work in a few hours. He tells her he gave us $1000 off which again we Never asked for! Apparently he’s been doing this to other women as well but this is probably the first NO he’s heard in his life. He’s a big guy and likes to use that to intimidate people. I wouldn’t recommend any women or women with children to stay here since the manager likes to prey on vulnerable women and when things don’t go his way he throws a temper tantrum and wants to kick you out on the spot. By the way this man is old enough to be my dad! GROSS!!! Left here and will not return. BEWARE!!!!

The staff is great managers Michael and Nicole were awesome and very accommodating. The rest of the staff are also very kind and welcoming. Check in process was made simple, You won’t regret staying here with your family. My family and I felt safe in our room and no strange activity around this hotel.

Lonnie Matthews was absolutely sensational. I really appreciate his customer service as he went above and beyond just to help me out. In his effort, he was extremely busy throughout the day however, once again, he made sure that Me and others were assisted during this time of work

Overall customer service was wonderful. Attentive to our needs and extended a lot of help. Very peaceful and quiet cute little studio! Definitely recommend and will be booking for summer vacation :) Luz was a respectful receptionist, she will make your stay comfortable!

Lonnie was great. He was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely come again. The room was very clean. Well maintained. Nice and quiet. In and out with no problem. I thi k this young man should get a raise. Everything was amazing and clean.

The staff is very helpful and the place is very clean and well kept up. Nicole is the best when it comes to customer service and helping with payments. Nicole and Michael the manager is very helpful as well and is on top of all the everday hotel operations and services.
