This hotel is in a great location for shopping, the Toyota Arena, restaurants, and more. The hotel itself is clearly in need of being updated. The TVs have directv, and there is an entertainment hub in the wall I was able to plug my Roku into. The elevators were nice, the hotel lobby was clean, and everyone who worked there was very nice. Breakfasts were okay - some mornings were better than others. There is plenty of parking. The beds are comfortable. If you book a room that says it has a tub, you'll want to verify that when you check in. I verified mine a few weeks ahead of time, and still didn't end up with a tub. Not a huge deal, but a little bit of a bummer. There also is a small fridge in the room, but no microwave (there is one in the lobby, however). The hotel as a whole was pretty quiet too, which was really nice!

This hotel's worn-out appearance and lack of maintenance are glaringly apparent from the moment you step in. The absence of charging ports is a modern-day inconvenience, matched only by the sight of employees in torn jeans, lounging on the floor behind the reception desk. The ambiance is further marred by the presence of homeless individuals wandering the grounds and intoxicated guests in the pool area, making unwelcome remarks to visitors. Overall, this establishment falls short of providing a comfortable and secure stay, leaving much to be desired in terms of cleanliness, professionalism, and guest safety. In addition to the evident signs of neglect, the hotel's shortcomings extend to the basic comforts of its accommodations. Worn-out mattresses offer little respite, and the showers trickle with such minimal volume that a satisfying wash becomes a challenge. These issues compound the overall dissatisfaction, leaving guests yearning for the most fundamental aspects of a pleasant stay.
