The room was extremely dirty and messy. I couldn't sleep with the rock music playing upstairs. The room was strangely facing the public area and there was no privacy at all. It is simply not safe to stay with children. On-site coordination at the front desk showed that there was no room available, so we could only check out and leave. The hotel said that we could get a refund through Ctrip's coordination, but the hotel went back on its promise and Ctrip's coordination was fruitless. If you don’t stay on the last day, you won’t get a penny back. Ctrip's coordination also sounds nice, but in the end it didn't have any benign results. I was absolutely speechless. How can such a hotel appear on the platform? Does Ctrip only charge money regardless of quality?

The hotel itself is average, and some of the service staff are really average to be honest, especially the black girl at the front desk. I lost my passport, and I don’t even have any sympathy for you. I keep telling you the rules with a stern face. The price is not cheap either.

There are few American hotels that don’t have toothbrushes. You have to bring your own. The environment is average and the breakfast is very simple. Just look at the photos and you will know. And please don’t compare it with the domestic Ramada because there is no way to compare. This one is more like a motel.
