Treebo Windsor Heights

Rooms are OK, location is OK (slightly out of the city and approach is not that good)...Breakfast is a waste, and you will end up having again outside somewhere, Kitchen CREW is pathetic...Went with family (***** with a friends family) for 3 nights....Will never ever book this again....Being a franchise model, the SOP's are not being adhered to...Cost cutting is all over the place....

One of the worst experiences. Too small rooms that you don't even have space to open your bags. Bathroom was also too small that there is barely any space to stand. We reached there at around 2PM and they informed us they don't serve Lunch. In the evening I asked for the water bottle, 1lt water bottle is banned in Ooty, so I asked for 5 lt. It took them 1 hr, 3 calls, and 1 personal visit to reception to send the water. The worst part came the next morning. There was no water in the bathroom. I called the reception and the answer was, "Use water bottles". It's been more than 30 mins and I am still waiting for water while writing this review. So honest review is, please avoid at all cost.

Horrible experience. One should never fall for treebo properties. 1. Out 45 days old booking for treebo skydale got cancelled just 16hours ago. We were made to shift to this windsor heights property only to further increase our inconvenience. 2. We were travelling with 1 child and 1 baby and our parents. The property is far from main city. 3. The approach road is so bad that one cant even think to step out 4. Food is terrible. The breakfast buffet only serves idli, water sambar, bread and boiled egg. They dont even make an omellete for kids 5. The housekeeping is next level pathetic.check the photos, they dont even clean the plates at the table 6. We made them clean the spoon serving tray and coffee and sugar are kept in old containers for the guests. 7. Toilet seat came off. Heater remote does not work. No toiletries or room slippers given. And the list is endless Simply put- dont waste your money and trip, especially if traveling with family. HORRIBLE IS THE WORD FOR THEM AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM BEING FOOLED BY TREEBO TRENDS.

It was a pleasant stay with all expectations fulfilled. Perfect getaway to enjoy with your family n friends. This was just a short stay but loved it as it welcomes the door to a beautiful scenic view. The peole are good n humble also very helpful

Comfortable and well maintained room, excellent location to explore Ooty's main attractions affordable rates excellent breakfast served good speed WiFi connection overall a value for money hotel willing to repeat the stay.
